22/3/2011 10:26 | Just reread the 14/10/10 article in the header .... seems ADVFN have changed the title and link which should read .... Liam Ferguson of Vindon Healthcare speaks to Stockopedia Tuesday, Sep 14 2010 by Ben Hobson ... How confident do you feel then looking further ahead that there is scope in the market for you to continue to grow organically? I'm very confident. I went through a period, like most businesses probably did, when I wondered what the recession was going to do to us and it was obviously having an effect in the pharma market. A lot of pharmaceutical companies are merging and that obviously has an impact on our equipment business. But that does seem to have bottomed out and, in fact, we've been very pleased with the order intake for the last few months. We know we're going to have a good six months on equipment sales in the UK and we have had good order intakes. The order book as at 30th June this year is £1.1m, which is the highest it has been for the first six months for three years. ... | piedro

30/12/2010 12:40 | For a good review of the company | piedro
29/12/2010 19:41 | Gavapentin, News is scarce with this company. They were castigated by the market for their 2009 results which showed a fall-off in equipment sales. They are also trying to repeat their Irish success in the US. Whether there has been a recovery or not in the pharmaceutical industry remains to be seen, and their US debut could be a bit ambitious. I have contacted them regards coldstorage but their equipment is rather sophisticated for my needs. Their Interim results showed a recovery in turnover in N.America and Europe but not in the UK. The company does not give contract information away easily and a mention in one Report often needs to linked to a comment in another to get the story. | piedro

18/11/2010 12:23 | Yes, the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists in New Orleans. It's the largest pharmaceutical in the world, 11,000 attendees. They were talking about the new US facility, I think it's the first time they have been here. | bonzo
18/11/2010 12:08 | Can you tell us which trade show? | piedro
18/11/2010 11:23 | I work in the pharma industry where Vindon are well known and have a good reputation. Currently in the US at a major trade show where they are exhibiting. Their stand is buzzing. Buying 20,000 pushed the price from 11 to 12p so it seems this market is very tight. | bonzo
