The Company announces that following the latest share buyback transaction, the shareholding of VinaCapital Investment Management Limited increased, resulting from the reduction of the total voting rights in the Company to 163,399,888.
The Investment Manager now has a combined direct and indirect interest of 22,895,010 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 14.01% of the Company's total voting rights.
