Investment Manager Share Purchase
The Company announces that it was informed on 9 February 2019 that, on 1 February 2019 and 8 February 2019, Asia Investment & Finance Limited, a subsidiary of VinaCapital Group (the Investment Manager) has purchased a total of 1,379,241 shares. The Investment Manager now has an interest of 62,226,415 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 42.44% of the Company's total voting rights.
