Distribution of Capital from the Share Premium Account Completed

Ho Chi Minh City - VinaLand Limited, the AIM-quoted investment vehicle established to target strategic segments within Vietnam's emerging real estate market, announces today that following the Company's announcement on 13 June 2018, it has successfully distributed approximately USD53.92 million or USD33 cents per ordinary share (the "Distribution") from the Company's share premium account to shareholders on the register on 25 June 2018.

Following this distribution of capital to shareholders, the distribution hurdle relating to the alignment fee has now been achieved, triggering the commencement of alignment fee payments to the Manager going forward.
