Vietnam Infrastructure Limited Announces First Investment in Tan Tao Industrial
Park Corporation (ITACO)


Vietnam Infrastructure Limited ("VNI") the investment company admitted to
trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, is pleased to announce
that it has successfully completed its first investment. VNI has purchased a 3.8
per cent. interest in Tan Tao Industrial Park Corporation ("ITACO"), which is
listed on the Ho Chi Minh City Securities Trading Center.

VNI has purchased a block of 2.5 million shares in ITACO for a total value of
US$14.06 million. The offered price of VND 90,000 is at a 27 per cent. discount
compared to the market price of the Company, as at 5 July 2007.

ITACO is engaged in infrastructure investment and the provision of
infrastructure services for industrial zones. It owns a variety of industrial
parks in key growth regions surrounding Ho Chi Minh City, including the
443-hectare Tan Tao Industrial Park in Binh Tan district, the 535-hectare Tan
Duc Industrial Park in Long An Province, the 348-hectare Tan Duc Residential
area in Long An Province and the 100-hectare Tan Tao residential area in Binh
Tan.

The company has also received approval to develop infrastructure projects in
Long An province, including a 70km highway from Tan Son Nhat Airport to the
centre of Long An, a 300MW thermal power plant and a water plant to supply the
central Long An region and its surrounding residential areas and industrial
parks.

ITACO is one of the 10 largest companies by market capitalization on the HCMC
Stock Exchange and its share price has consistently outperformed the VN index.
