The following replaces the announcement released at 09:35 on 21 August 2017 with RNS number 5236O (the "Announcement"). The Announcement incorrectly stated the number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue as 72,599,998 and the number of treasury shares as 9,742,941, following the transaction. The correct figures are 72,492,447 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and 9,850,492 treasury shares. All other information remains unchanged. Acquisition of Treasury Shares
VietNam Holding Limited announces that on 18 August 2017, it purchased 87,645 ordinary shares of par value $1 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$2.429 per share.
Following the above purchase, the Ordinary Shares will be held by the Company as Treasury Shares. VNH will then have 72,492,447 Ordinary Shares with voting rights in issue (excluding the Treasury Shares) and 9,850,492 Treasury Shares.
