Pleasing to see the share price tick up. I believe it is warranted by the fundamentals ; consistent track record of solid earnings and good value, quickly integrated acquisitions. In my post of 17 May, I noted 11 profit upgrades in last 4 years - its now 13 profit upgrades. I expect the price to keep rising from here.

Very impressive organic growth with like for like revenues growing 5% and like for like ebitda increasing 9%. Mgt have bought well but also demonstrated they know how to operate too. I'm surprised not more of a bounce in the price.

Has anyone else noticed VCP is trading on a current year PE of just 12x and 10.5x next year? And this for a company that has beaten every analyst forecast and had 13 profit upgrades in the last four years?
