Facts are the Daily Mail article is a RUMOUR.

I wouldn't get so hot under the collar about a placing. If it does come it won't need to be for much anyway.

I think when its an article about potential placings and the share price has been hammered prior to such an article, I think the Company do need to comment.

No denial or confirmation, if they are raising cash via a placing it's a requirement to notify the general market especially in light of the published "rumour" a denial would put a rocket up it.
