Share Purchase by Chief Financial Officer

Victoria PLC, (LSE: VCP) the international designers, manufacturers and distributors of innovative flooring announces that on 2 December 2022, Brian Morgan, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 2,500 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 435 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Morgan is beneficially interested in 2,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.002 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
