Presumably what we are seeing is the share price re-rate itself to match 11p. ? which i suppose is wholly predictable however it could scupper plans to raise money from a rights issue. It seemed at the time an odd thing to do to set a value of 11p when punters have nothing else to value the company on.

No guarantees ofcourse, but I think there will be news going forwards and certainly won't have to wait for Xmas.
for example, chances are we will have house brokers note, news on progress of test trials, news on any tie-ups/distribution deals as well as any trading updates/interims news that they issue.

Would I be right in saying if we are at 0.2p on the last day of trading vialogy, it will then open at roughly 20p in the new company?

its one NEW share for every 400 OLD shares

eg, if you have 4m shares, you are entitled to 4m divided by 400 to give 10,000 new shares. You are paying 11p each for the new shares, ie £1,100

Think my maths is correct!

you get 10,000 shares and pay 11p, as the 10,000 shares are the new 11p quota after converting from current 4 mill at 0.11p to be 10,000 at 11p

a lot of people bought rights at .01 so anything like this is a a good profit but i think the real interest will start after the GM and the consolidation.
My thinking is, and its only a guess, that there is probably more to come on this. I don't really believe this is a one trick pony with a limited market. I think we have been told the minimum at this stage to get the new company established, consolidated and trading. Its more than likely there will be other products following along if the institutional investors were happy to put up the millions they did. the only thing i do notice is the CE approval expected in Jan but possible acceptance by NHS ect is just some time next year so if this does get going it could well be another 12-18 months ? As always i think take a time scale and double it then do the same for cash burn.
