I have worked as a consultant for a large MOD company which had to get an alternative to chromate coating due to REACH so I actually have some experience in this field However I am the first to admit I do not know everything, and as clearly you have experience of companies which have failed to get application to increase their chemical output from 10T to 100T I would appreciate if you could enlighten me with some links. This could be any chemical or it could be a company which took over a year to get application accepted

Indications of revenue generation however positive(and welcome)are currently just that - indications. However confident in the direction of our revenue travel, 2022 (calendar year) ultimately needs to actually reveal a visible gear change in our revenue delivery. This year is so pivotal for the scales of shareholder returns to tip in our favour.

Flatcoat, no it is not just a 2 week box ticking exercise and REACH EU and REACH UK regulations have to be abided by for any manufacturer of chemicals. Go look it up as my guess is that you have no direct experience of the process or industry. Yes, hopefully an order would trigger the application and payment.

I never said they are making a 100T of graphene. That is the maximum capacity they could make But let's be clear, there is nothing stopping vrs getting an order for 100T to supply over a year once the capacity is available.REACH only applies to seeking in EU and to go to 100T is just a simple application which will take a couple of weeks. It's a tick in the box exercise plus to pay higher fees. Vrs won't pay the 100T fee until they have the orders

Laginaneil, not interested in an argument over personalities, I am sure we would get on well in person. It's a statement of fact about REACH and the current production cap of 10t which I think is important for setting expectations. This is extremely important from an investment perspective so yes I think people should know this sort of thing if they are investing a large part of their pension in this kind of company.

I disagree with that statement. Graphene has such a wide range of uses you

can't be an expert in everything it can do.

I come from an engineering, electronics background and feel my strengths

are enough to warrant being invested here.

What you are saying would rule out a lot of PIs

Laginaneil, yes REACH is absolutely a requirement for UK manufacture. There are parallel but separate regulations for UK REACH post Brexit. Currently VRS have approval for up to 10t of their product to be manufactured, its as simple as that and I think a good number for people to set revenue expectations on. Whoever ticked down my previous post really should not be invested here if they do not understand the reality of materials and chemical manufacturing.

A few comments Questions.

1. Do you need REACH registration now we out of EU?

2. Do you need REACH registration for UK only stuff?

3. I thought RNS only required for 'significant' order.

I see a lot wanting a 'clue' from Neill so they can get back in.

Sadly 1retirement, they are still going from the guff pumped out by Ricketts over the years from presentations and such like.Because that stuff has proved SO reliable in the past hasn't it?

We will find out in due course. Only another 6 weeks until the end of financial year.
As far as graphene production is concerned it will only be at a fraction of the 100t capacity for now but should steadily accelerate as the year progresses.A few tonnes can still generate a significant amount of revenue.

Flatcoat, there is no REACH registration for 100t production so they cannot be making that amount.

I am a lot in agreement with you. One of the duties of a CEO is to look after shareholders. As a shareholder with a significant portion of my pension tired up in vrs I feel let down but the constant talk and lack of delivery.For me this is last chance saloon for vrs. With the increase in capacity, new premises and equipment they simply have to start delivering.I do believe they can give more optimistic information without breaking NDA.I mean are they still working double shifts. Or is capacity now at 100T so currently only working 10T per year. I think there is a lot of information Neill could give to verify things are moving in right direction to give shareholders hope. At least then the share price wouldn't fall week on week

I'll repeat, lots of talking about this and that as you say. What most investors base their investment cases on is undeniable evidence, not more talking.

They can always do an RNS Reach. Its been used in the past has it not? I can't remember exactly for what product, maybe the ear phones or something. If there was any positive news to be had they can always find a way within the rules. The share price could be doing with some.

The fact that you're saying that they TALKED about things in those presentations means nothing. They've done a lot of talking over the years but have a look at the share price. How can you put a timescale on what you're saying over the next few weeks given the history?
