23/7/2020 10:20 | Kemche, there have been many "men of integrity" who have also failed to deliver on their promises. Things are often outside their control or they make honest mistakes. That is what has happened here. | pshevlin
23/7/2020 10:16 | The point is for those who are "happy" with their investment that yes, there may be a lot of jam in the future but over the last two years you have seen your capital trashed whereas had you even stuck it in Amazon you would have been far better off by now. That in my eyes is a BAD investment and cannot be otherwise described.Too many on here (including myself) have believed that they had some kind of real connection with VRS when in fact they just held some shares in the company which derived NO benefit from their participation as soon as the share price started to fall. | pshevlin
23/7/2020 10:10 | When did he say "very very very soon" Kemche? | jbennett
23/7/2020 09:53 | Only requires patience. NR promised "very, very, very soon" and being a man of integrity I am sure he will deliver. | kemche
23/7/2020 09:46 | Like many posters on here l like many have watched my value shrink but l can tell you l am still very happy with my investment And expect a great future for graphene and especially Versarien they are aiming for the high end usage customer not the piddling little contracts, yes there is disappointment but when your at the mercy of the big conglomerates and there time lines and there code of silence as Neill has said you just have to grin and bear it.With results out next month and agm in September I'm sure we will be rewarded very soon, so sorry to hear some are selling at a great loss but now is not the time to sell, good luck all. | wuzy
23/7/2020 09:45 | I'm virtually out and intend to stay that way until there is definite progress and orders.I can see this going down into the 20's without news and that is as far off as ever. A complete waste of my time, energy and money. | pshevlin
23/7/2020 09:39 | An update on the numerous collaborations would be nice! Not sure how NR can continue with the narrative of 'no collaboration has failed' for much longer as some have been going on for three or more years now with no notable progress and certainly not bringing in any cash! | f3rdinand
23/7/2020 09:31 | kemche - I suppose it is easy to mock. I've been open and honest here. I was expecting great things from China when I wrote that. I may have been taken for a fool but I've always given people the benefit of the doubt and I still believe Neill expected a big deal to land in China. I know you will mock me for saying this but I've met him and he comes across very genuine. I'm still prepared to back Neill if he can explain what is going on in China. Perhaps it is all down to worsening trade tensions. Without any sort of update how do we know what is going on? | pentacosttempleton
23/7/2020 09:27 | Another bunch of fraudulent posts from naysayer-in-disguise Pent. Fools nobody. Rumbled weeks ago. | grabster
23/7/2020 09:25 | adejuk, It is a miserable existence being a VRS shareholder these days, especially when we see other tech shares zoom up, but we should stay positive with the holdings we have left. If i had truly lost all faith, I'd have sold every share I have. I'd never have believed we would be back here after the China Update of a few months ago. Incredible technology, the only certified graphene yet firms are buying the alternative junk like we saw from Thomas Swan today. | pentacosttempleton
23/7/2020 09:25 | PentacostTempleton - 23 Jun 2020 - 16:16:18 - 104783 of 106187 VRS The world lead in real Graphene (Nanene) - VRS Kemche have you met Neill? I have. I can tell you he is genuine. I don't think he has misled people over the June 30th deadline. They clearly have a deal which will be signed before that date which will catapult Versarien into the stratosphere. I just can't believe that Neill would have told me the things he did to my face if they were not true. On that basis I'm sure several Chinese companies are competing to buy shares at a huge premium. More importantly the caliber of strategic investor will be hugely significant. Watch this space. Jam will return to your toast maybe even tomorrow I shall leave that there. Without comment. | kemche
23/7/2020 09:17 | penta i, too, am at 50% and as i sit and watch the share price fall my finger hovers over the button. i think the silence is appalling. many on here are nursing 6 figure paper losses. | adejuk
23/7/2020 09:15 | Comedy Gold! | zagrosfold
23/7/2020 09:13 | I have to appologise to you all but I've sold down a bit more of my holding yesterday which no doubt played a part in the share price weakness. I've not sold any today so I can't explain why its down again today. I'm now at 50% of what I had. I've given Neill plenty of opportunity to provide a clear and comprehensive update on China but that still has not happened. As you all know I was nearly certain of amazing growth upside coming from China and this has not happened. Worse still no proper explanation has been given as to what went wrong. I can assure you that the loss I've taken here was extremely painful but I just can't afford to watch my share value drop again to 25p so I've grasped the nettle this time. If Neill can explain what is going on satisfactorly then I can always buy back in. I might pay a bit more but that's the risk I'm prepared to take at this point. | pentacosttempleton
23/7/2020 08:40 | Hello DaveMac3, VWAP for this month to date has been 41.2p but it is obviously dropping. So, VRS will get 31p/share for each Lanstead share sold. At the current price 0f 37p, they will get 27.75p. Back to sleep for me. | tweetingceo
23/7/2020 08:10 | Have we a customer in Thomas Swan, seem to remember something way back? | laginaneil
23/7/2020 07:29 | Yes, we know Thomas Swan well. | grabster
23/7/2020 07:00 | And the USA | andymoore07
23/7/2020 07:00 | Did we all see this ?Have offices based in a China toohttps://twitter.c | andymoore07
23/7/2020 06:59 | So Lanstead get 625000 shares per month (250k divided by 40p) and They pay VRS the amounts in 106175 depending on the average share price? | davemac3
23/7/2020 06:44 | Do we know the settlement dates and how do you calculate the 20 day average volume weighted share price? | davemac3
22/7/2020 23:43 | Here are the clarified details: In order for shareholders to further understand the possible outcomes from the Sharing Agreement, the Company is pleased to set out below some examples of the amount of proceeds that it would receive in a monthly settlement from the Sharing Agreement, depending on the 20 day average volume weighted share price of the ordinary shares of Versarien in the period prior to the settlement: Measured Price (20 Monthly gross proceeds Approximate monthly day volume weighted #2 net proceeds after average share price) all costs #3 80 pence GBP375,000 GBP352,000 -------------------- 60 pence GBP282,000 GBP261,000 -------------------- 53.33 pence #1 GBP250,000 GBP230,000 -------------------- 40 pence GBP188,000 GBP170,000 -------------------- 20 pence GBP94,000 GBP78,000 -------------------- | andy
22/7/2020 22:29 | Doesn't seem alot, I thought it was £6million divided by 24 adjusted up or down. Is that for 4 months since the deal was announced? what's that as a % of the baseline figure? | davemac3 |
