17/7/2020 10:51 | Just cracked and ground the innards of a pencil. Sold it to the bloke next door, making breeze blocks. He's very impressed with the outcome and has stuck 50p a unit on his blocks. It's not graphene as WE know it but he don't care. | fireball xl5
17/7/2020 10:20 | desflu, '..other “graphene̶ Ok - tell us a couple of producers and the orders they have? | laginaneil

17/7/2020 09:52 | Pent.Temp was rumbled as fake weeks ago. Pretending to be a holder saying nice things, in order to feed in the nasty bits when it suits. And shoelaces just another username in the same gang. Yawn.. | grabster
17/7/2020 09:52 | then we have our latest additions to add to a great team. james stewart Mr Stewart is currently Managing Partner of Menlo Partners LLP, an investment and advisory company with a particular focus on technology companies operating in the UK and China. Prior to founding Menlo in 2013, he spent 25 years in the private equity sector, latterly as a Partner at ECI Partners LLP ("ECI"), one of the UK's longest established private equity fund managers, where he was involved in a wide range of investments. James joined ECI in 1996 having formerly spent time at Arthur Andersen & Co. (Management Consultancy Division), N M Rothschild & Co. Limited and as an Investment Director at Rothschild Ventures Limited. "In particular James has considerable experience of doing business in Asia and a wide range of contacts that will assist Versarien. I look forward to working closely with him and the Group being able to utilise his skills and experience as the commercial adoption of our graphene and other 2D materials accelerates." matt walker this speaks absolute volumes...matt being right in the thick of it..he knows..-:) you dont give up a good career in the dit unless.... "Impossible for me to turn down the opportunity in what is currently the world's most progressive company with regards to graphene technology" "As Head of International Strategy and Government Relations, Mr. Walker will in particular continue to focus on advancing the Company's on-going opportunities within South Korea, Singapore, Japan and in China, where he will be appointed a director of BVT." | jointer13

17/7/2020 09:35 | verification. yes there are companies out there selling graphene/graphite. but there is no other company out there selling the purity and quality verified graphene that vrs have. part of the reason we are at the cutting edge of this technology it is not easy to produce quality graphene some have been at it for years and have still not cracked it. the verification process is complex. it requires a physical inspection of the production facilities. a review of the entire production process. a random sampling of product material and rigorous characterisation and testing by a leading, international materials laboratory. it brings transparency and clarity as a reputable supplier. it validates your technology. it gives your customers/future customers/partners a huge amount of confidence that they are getting a product that is at a high quality and consistent standard. which in turn creates good customer relationships and will pose significant barriers to new entrants "Successful commercialisation of graphene materials requires not only the ability to produce graphene to a declared specification, but to be able to do so at a commercial scale. It is nearly impossible for a graphene customer to verify the type of material they are receiving without going through an expensive and time-consuming process of having sample materials fully characterised by a laboratory that has the equipment and expertise to test graphene." vrs have the best quality verified materials out there. hence our business model..... this company isn't about selling a few bags of graphene to joe blogs down the road. its about global commercialisation. (knowing you have the very highest quality materials enables you to do so) hence govt support..secondees.. and now..with the award of the £5 mil. we are going to significantly increase our manufacture of quality assured graphene. for Graphene-Seat, Concrete, Arch, Leisure, Elastomer...THE G SCALE all right in front of your eyes. | jointer13
17/7/2020 09:30 | We'll soon have Templeton apologising for the price going down again as he sold another 5% of his holdings the 2×50000 trades lol | luckykids
17/7/2020 09:29 | It would appear some were slightly rattled by this morning's pop up to 41p. Holding and waiting. It'll come. | clint fleecewood
17/7/2020 09:20 | Exactly how are you having false truths shoved down your throat every other day by NR and his co-directors. Does he post on this thread? Was it NR who told you to over invest in this share? You are clearly an idiot and trying to blame others for you putting too much money into a risky AIM stock. Shares can go down in value as well as up. | cheek212
17/7/2020 09:18 | Shoelaces, "and now I’m in far too deep, to get out". --- What you really mean is you've lost confidence but are scared to sell in case VRS comes good, that's called FOMO, or fear of missing out. It's a very strong human emotion, as your continuing to hold a stock that you are clearly concerned about highlights perfectly. So, what you are saying is you will continue to hold your position in a stock you have doubts about despite there possibly being better opportunities elsewhere.... I suggest you read a book written by Benjamin Graham....... | andy
17/7/2020 09:18 | That was an impressive little outburst, Pentecost, but you're not fooling anyone! I remain a tin-pot investor keeping my eye on you. Glalth's :) | richgrumpa
17/7/2020 09:10 | Well you are correct there, I don't believe you (which is neither here nor there) but even if I did I would say grow up and take some responsibility for your own decisions stop blaming everyone else. There are many people here in similar circumstances I'm sure but they don't choose to bleat about it on here. | tim3416
17/7/2020 09:05 | RNS soon on AMIGO!! WATCH IT FLY! Dont miss it!Close 13p imo dyor | akx89
17/7/2020 09:02 | Results likely to just a recap of the progress made over the past year but we have not been privy to updates on the collaborations as stipulated in the corporate update earlier this year. That could bring in a few surprises. Overall a very strong year given the circumstances. Share price not reflecting progress and eye watering potential at all imo: - First and still the only company in the world to pass the verified graphene producer programme - Additional heads to strengthen the team and board (Susan, Brian, James and Matt) - Graphene orders in US and Japan - CNCT Arch prototype successfully passing all testing and ready for deployment - Maturation of relationship with China dealing at the national level (which is insane for a small company based in chelts). You can choose to dismiss China progress at your peril - Commerical deal with MAS holding for textile roll out - O&G commercial discussions - Clear winsun connection - Capacity scaled to 3tonnes per annum and secured EU Reach Approval to supply - Airbus partner, Rolls partner - (Unilever) bottle run helping them to achieve plastic ambitions by 2025 - Gnanomat progressing with testing showing significant electrochemical performance improvements - Heathly balance sheet by Securing funding during these testing time (impressive) Lanstead, Innovate, Grants (APC and Gnanomat) Its all building up very nicely, global events have clearly had an impact to short term prospects but could serve as a stimulus to kick start the revolution bringing the longer term hoppper items forward. ps I'm sure ive missed plenty of items here plus any Neill might have up his sleeve. Looking forward to the detailed update. | rogerthegrouch
17/7/2020 08:58 | Amigo about to fly... Guys dont miss the train on amigo! Big deal soon!! | akx89
17/7/2020 08:55 | Shoelaces, you do make me laugh, another troll pretending to be a disgruntled long term holder...you've always been so supportive of your investment in the past...not! "There has been no indication that negotiations with brands are close to concluding and as such all the update will be able to state is that negotiations are ongoing"What indication are you expecting? If there is news there will be an RNS and that could happen at any time just because it hasn't happened YET doesn't mean it's not going to happen. | tim3416
17/7/2020 08:54 | Well results won't be on August 11 so .,, | alchemy
17/7/2020 08:53 | Shoelaces, while I share your frustration with the shareprice you have to remember that it only really takes one big order to land to totally reverse it's direction. | pentacosttempleton
17/7/2020 08:53 | "I cannot see.." is perhaps the most tellling comment there ;-) | grabster
17/7/2020 08:52 | richgrumpa, I have a lot of money at stake here from a much higher share price. I suspect you are just playing around with a few thousand pounds and have no clue what you are doing. How dare you try to bully me into silence. I'm not going to just sit back and not ask questions. I said if the China deal didn't complete I'd be asking serious questions. I'd rather have all the facts and see the share price a bit lower than be bullied by tin pot investors like you. | pentacosttempleton
17/7/2020 08:33 | can anyone see anything other than a decrease in revenue and widening losses on Aug 11th? We know that the O&G sector was a major revenue contributer to the revenue making business that has been decimated this year. It is fairly safe to assume that the O&G collab won't be progressing to commercial orders any time soon which leaves Textiles. There has been no indication that negotiations with brands are close to concluding and as such all the update will be able to state is that negotiations are ongoing. I cannot see any way in which the share price won't drop without a deal being done between now and Aug 11th | shoelaces
17/7/2020 08:18 | Pentecost/ Tom / whoever you are, you have never supported this company. Stop your irritating posts please. We wouldn't want some unsuspecting visitor here to get the impression that you are in any way genuine... | richgrumpa |
