Come on be real....................from a dealer.........

Besides risks to global supply chains, travel restrictions and profit warnings, many are seeing other dangers as part of a worsening economic picture.

"The risk to the global consumer is the real problem. Starbucks and Apple can reopen their stores in China, but few people will go into them," said Michael O'Rourke, chief market strategist at JonesTrading.

Uncertainty about the U.S. presidential election's outcome is also starting to drive markets, while even before the selloff this week, equities were being measured at lofty valuations.......and that is another reason to be careful about the value of VRS and how it is to raise its capital for expansion.

Tim Cook says he's "very optimistic" China is getting the novel coronavirus under control.
Speaking to Fox Business on Thursday, the Apple CEO said the company was reopening factories and ramping up iPhone production.
China is a key country for Apple, with so many iPhones manufactured in the Chinese city of Zhengzhou that it's nicknamed "iPhone city."
Apple warned earlier in February that it would not meet its March revenue targets thanks to a production slowdown and China store closures.

Tim Cook says he's "very optimistic" China is getting the novelcoronavirus under control.
Speaking to Fox Business on Thursday, the Apple CEO cited reductions in the numbers of new cases being recorded in the country.
He said: "It feels to me that China is getting the coronavirus under control. I mean, if you look at the numbers, they're coming down day by day by day. So I'm very optimistic there."
Although the number of cases of COVID-19 (the disease caused by the virus) has surged in other countries, notably Italy and Iran, China appears to be witnessing a decline.
The World Health Organization's director-general said Monday that – according to a team of WHO-led scientists who visited China – the epidemic in China peaked and plateaued between January 23 and February 2 and has been declining steadily since then.

We covered this yesterday anley eg:

ellissj - 27 Feb 2020 - 14:07:29 - 96746 of 96961 VRS The world lead in real Graphene (Nanene) - VRS
I think it's fair to say the chinese govt have quickly announced stimulus measures to support their ecomony, and these buttons will be pressed quickly by the officials involved. Which i why i think a deal with vrs will likely occur quicker than your timescales anley. They built a hospital in a week ! Nothwithstanding this, the chinese now have a national graphene strategy in play. And vrs confirmed in this latest rns, they have a defined route with regards to the strategic 15% investment. Which to my mind, makes deals more likely in a shorter timeframe because of the virus. Obviously, time will tell. And if in the best interest of the company and lth. Aimo. Best ellis

"If the stockmarkets continue their down trend then how will share price Angle be able to raise the capital"

you really don't want to go asking awkward questions like that.

fund raise coming. probably at a lower price than I first bought in at 2.5 years ago - 19.5p.

Ricketts doesn't look quite so clever for turning down that initial China offer now, does he? No better offer has been agreed, more than two years have been wasted, it's cost the business £500k (from total revenues of <£10m) and it's destroyed investor confidence...

China and the Virus..............please take note at what is happening and not dismis this as a short term world problem.

China seems that it is not going back to work and other countries are even thinking of closing schools until the end of March. World wide businesses are now loosing sales and the shipping of goods to the USA from China seems have stopped......hell for the USA shopper and us in the UK soon.

I still believe that VRS and its China deal is going to be delayed for months and if that is the case let us expect the Terms and Conditions to change or at worst put on hold.

If the stockmarkets continue their down trend then how will share price Angle be able to raise the capital.................................................another question for the Board and expect an unhelpful answer.
