Hello APH88,

Well Neill can dream eh !

That salary beyond VRS, maybe he said it 'tongue in cheek'?

Let's hope that China don't get our IP on the cheep like they did with ARM.

Again, just my thoughts.

Neill always has news to deliver. It's usually either puff and fluff or I'm selling more shares. It's never large or even small orders

Seems you guys have still not figured out that material news goes in an RNS. Video fluff and chat is not worth anything. It does help Neill sell shares however.

Fulltime detractors detract. Fulltime. It's all they know how.

If Versarien announced they had won a five million quid order, our resident detractors would post "Yeah, but ..."

So you want us to believe that the Chinese Graphene experts, the uk government, the National Graphene Association, The GEIC, two Nobel prize winners and multiple global corporations are all wrong and some fat bloke with an agenda in isolation of the rest of the world is the only one that can see the whole thing is a fake.

If only they had all listened to you rather than wasting all these scientists time and all that money in testing materials and learning how to save the planet from so many of the legacy issues that are unsustainable- Why oh Why did you not let us all know it was a sham before?

in the light of recent comment re comms it appears that nr expects to have some news to deliver soon
pace
Going forward, the Company intends to use its interim and full year results announcements to provide updates on the status of various collaborations and will not make announcements between these unless a disclosure obligation arises.

Expect a high volume of posts from the usual trolls (Log et al) who will try to squeeze out the final drops of manipulation before the door shuts and all neg wash can be confidently rebutted. The end of an era

"Sadly Lyin' Neill Ricketts of Versarien (VRS) has not been in touch about my offer to record a podcast but I have a former senior executive turned whistleblower to interview instead and I shall do that tonight and it will go live, togerher with a chat with Lucian Miers in the next edition of ShareProphets Radio out soon, Elsewhere I discuss NMC Heath (NMC) and lessons learned, Zenith Energy (ZEN) and Anglo African Oil & Gas (AAOG), whether Tullow (TLW) could be a sero, Aston Martin (AML), Cobra Resources (COBR) and finally ask when Telit (TCM) will serve up a profits warning. Surely it is due."

'former senior executive turned whistleblower'

Oh dear, not getting any better for Ricketts, is it?

Graham's right about one thing - it's looking more like fraud every day...

So you are saying sales just around the corner now but not a year ago? Yawnnnn it's been that message for years. The only problem you have is the RNS stream and other comments from the company don't support what you say.

It's a bit pathetic that you feel the need to excuse their desperate lack of performance. If you were even a tiny bit honest with yourself there is no way a year ago you'd have expected what has transpired.

The Company is committed to ensuring that there are appropriate communication structures for all elements of its shareholder base so that its strategy, business model and performance are clearly understood (and not misconstrued by neg washing and fear mongering on bulletin boards and rag mag websites)

Excellent news.

Comms restored with investors, suggestions of an interview with IG next week, is something cooking? Neg washers will say placing obviously, but when that proves not to be the case...boing! My money is on something very positive and material but lets see what happens. Exciting times.

Hello APH88,

So you want a Chairman to keep the CEO in check.

I don't think we need another £50K salary.

Just my view.

Don't knock it. I see a role for Mrs Ricketts here.

How old do his kids have to be to be non-execs, by the way?

loginaneil - you may not - but it’s also the view of Neill. As per a previous podcast on totalmarkets, he approached Sir Robin Saxby to take up the role. He would have come at a far heavier cost than £50,000 a month.

A monthly Q&A session (with questions chosen in advance and answers screened by the NOMAD) is simply further indication of the clean-up on governance here.

This bit is amusing:

Investor Meet Company is a digital platform that provides individual investors the same direct access to management as Institutional Investors around company announcements.

What institutional investors? Does he mean the bucket shops?

1). Who said anything about early development stage? Pre-revenue yes, early development certainly not. Final stages development is how I'd describe it since the first collaborations are on the verge of commercialisation.

2. See point 1. The competition have a different business model, strategy, quality of product and target market. I'm sure your own research already told you that though.

3. No not years away. Read the Interims and recent RNS's again. Commercial negotiations have begun on several fronts. It couldn't be any clearer.
