Am I right is suggesting that there are still 8 steps until "not to withdraw...." becomes final?

LuckyO link shows the steps still to be taken so we are nearly there with the IOS.

If I am wrong then sorry.........

Everyone - A Happy and Prosperous 2019........with VRS

The last thing we need is a chairman right now.

lucky - well spotted! Looks like job done, no more stages until review in 5 (?) years time.

So presumably VRS can get tested (if not already) and accredited, and if the accompanying RNS can state we are the first (one of the first?), that should move the share price

Best wishes - Spike

Price at finish at the end 2017 was 61p. A very Nice double bagger+ for 2018. No disappointment here, just gratitude. Ian cowie needs to hold longer lol. Given the last quarter market conditions, the share has held up well. It was defended at £1 twice, and at 110p nunerous times. Showing there is confidence in the VRS story. A great company in the making. And a breakout today would be icing on the cake, setting us up nicely for 2019. Extremely grateful holder here for the progress made, exceeding expectations on my original time frame. Huge thx for hardworking staff at vrs and a happy new year to them and their families, and likewise to all on this BB. Aimo. Glalth. Best ellis

BTW

Another late reported buy (36k) has gone through. It's become a bit of a theme in recent days.

If you talking a chairman then the wrong one can quickly ruin a company. If you have a very good CEO and CFO in the first place then the last thing you want is the wrong chairman screwing it up.

That view is very blinkered. It may be relevant to the Aim as a whole but not if you get to throughly know the team, their ethos. Another point is quite simple, givers or takers.

Never invest in an Aim company where they look like takers, they will lie all day long for gain all screw Funds and PIs over at will. They have no interest other than gain by any means. Loss to others is meaningless to them. Such losses can typically be their gain.

GrabsterI think it was stated as 1t capacity with the new machine taking it to just under 3t capacity. The unknown in this is how many shifts it is based on.I would like to thank all the researchers, lths, contributors and thoroughly decent people I have met over the last year or two at Investor days, agm etc. See you at the GEIG. Happy new year VRSFamily

"Most Institutional investors are likely to steer clear of VRS until they sort out their corporate governance."

Excellent, when they finally come around they're really going to struggle to get stock and the price will have to rocket to tempt sticky hands to let some go.

"Most Institutional investors are likely to steer clear of VRS until they sort out their corporate governance."

Happy with that timbo, saves a lot of fatcat money and if it was up to institutions they would decimate the value of VRS. As for the "Most" I don't have a very high opinion of "most" of them anyway and it seems to be doing ok without their influence.

I do have a high opinion of AECOM and the DIT secondees though and think that they will add more value to the company than any institution.

In theory it should be a busy January for any Chinese interest if some of the interest there is in the final stages. Chinese New year is 8th Feb which I'm told by some in business that deal with China is normally a 2 to 3 week shut down over there.

Every year one tells his customers news to get orders in well before the Chinese New year as it's then weeks of go slow.

Every year some don't listen then ask for stock during the Chinese New year. :-).

Fail to plan, plan to fail.

I see a technical breakout as a significant event, regardless of your target price or investment time horizon.

Whilst newsflow will dictate the share price, I would also like to see the technicals that support the share price to be positive.

That’s why the breakout was/is an important milestone in the short term after such a period of consolidation, with the ‘churn’ of stock an extremely important event.

So yes, the reaction to he ‘UT’ on the last trading day was disappointment and annoyance as the market makers playing their games, nothing more, nothing less. Let’s see what close of business looks like today.

Happy new year, looking forward to an exciting 2019 🍻
