23/4/2018 15:28 | 20pc - mostly icing, not much cake ;-) | club sandwich
23/4/2018 15:18 | Thats why i am here club. If the china deal had never been mentioned we would have been over moon with current progress. As it is it will be one hell of a thick icing on the cake. | 20pc
23/4/2018 15:17 | What do we know about this posted today? Can it really be 250 kilos? | jkok1
23/4/2018 14:54 | L2 is strengthening. | ashehzi
23/4/2018 14:45 | look at the major collabs: IAI, Unilever, DDP, GE, Continental, sportswear. If each one of those eventually placed an order of 100T each on average (for nanene or inks), that would be 600T, or £600m in revenue (assuming £1m/T). Presumably those would be regular supply orders. That would give a MC of £6bn, or about £40 a share on a x10 multiplier. However, once the business model was shown to be working VRS might attract a higher multiple - presumably other collabs will be added regularly for the foreseeable future. This is all just speculation of course - and the above figures don't include China, any value for the IP of being (we hope) the first company to gain ISO cert, or other 2D materials. But if VRS works it's going to work BIG. | club sandwich
23/4/2018 14:37 | "When that moment arrives," (10153) Sounds a bit like a prediction of rapture ;-) Mind you - those who see rapture in a different way have told us that the world is due to end today :-O | grabster
23/4/2018 14:36 | FF - I thought their *revenues* were 47bn, not profits! ;-) Given that NR said Continental was the biggest deal yet maybe it might result in an order from Continental even bigger then 600 tons. who knows? answer - nobody until one of these collabs turns into an actual order! | club sandwich
23/4/2018 14:23 | Forest, the fact the some of the “testing/colla I’m a realist, I don’t see hundred ton orders in the next year or two, VRS cannot prodce such quantities anyways. This bb does get a little rediculous sometimes, it seems to attract people with no business or common sense whatsoever :( Unrealistic expectations leads to an unhappy endgame | richardc77
23/4/2018 14:17 | Club-S Im sure i read continentals profit wss 47 billion So if vrs investors are correct re continental thats another Multi billion dollar company are dealing with !! So 600 million is nothing . F fred | forestfred
23/4/2018 14:11 | Night follows day on the share price I am afraid. We need a good order; China; or some decent PR with no BS. Once this share went through circa 50p it disconnected with it’s trading fundamentals and was on a hope and anticipation valuation. Still a good longer term investment, but whenever I tried to suggest PR, SuperG and others said it was unnecessary and whenever I suggested a risk management strategy to preserve the 5 bagged value, I got castigated. I still have a lot of shares here, nothing to do with shorting, but I top sliced a portion of my VRS holding that was significant enough to cover any drop as we are now seeing, by investing in other shares that looked like they had short term momentum. Tern has proved to be phenomenal and, at the click of a mouse, I can cover a large T20 on VRS when the eureka announcement eventually comes, to give time to see the best way to execute Tern sales to cover my new VRS purchase over the subsequent period of 20 trading days. | ridicule
23/4/2018 14:06 | My hunch is Miton aren't sellers below 70p. The other point is there will be no more holding rns's from Miton so the only way to check is from the share register. | chillpill
23/4/2018 13:34 | You're not wrong there Clubbie.Roger, why do you continually ignore the fact that no one is shorting this? | festario
23/4/2018 13:32 | I think if it goes much lower disillusioned PIs may start dumping too, which won't help any... | club sandwich
23/4/2018 13:27 | Just offload another holding and will invest when the shorters have met their target or when we know Miton have unloaded. I never thought that one would be able to pick up stock this low but a new ISA is ready to go. | rogerbridge
23/4/2018 13:17 | sorry my mistake: but the EOY were released on 29th Nov... | club sandwich
23/4/2018 13:15 | Actually last year's figures were released in July. | dolores123
23/4/2018 13:11 | Thanks Club. | dolores123
23/4/2018 13:08 | Dolores - I believe the next figures are due in May (last year was May and November, I believe): if we've heard nothing before then, I would certainly expect an update on China with the results... | club sandwich
23/4/2018 13:06 | For me the immediate 2 big questions areWhere is the China deal up toAnd when will miton stop selling?Only then can we look forward to a sustained recovery in the share price price. | dolores123
23/4/2018 12:05 | diary updated | tradeyodha
