Personally I doubt a takeover of Verditek would happen yet. Management and NHWs hold plenty of shares, and along with Unicorn should be able to block a takeover at an unsatisfactory price... ie. anything below 50p, IMVHO.

Well, actually, I donât.Over the years of investing in GVC and IOF, they have had to issue RNSâs about social media speculation on several occasions.Takeover rumours, key staff leaving etc.... if the rumour is TRUE, the Nomad advises the company, who are required to clarify it and state the fact.
