Verditek plc, (AIM: VDTK), the clean technology company, announces that, following the announcement made on 21 December 2017, the Company has today posted a Notice of General Meeting to shareholders convening a General Meeting to be held at the offices of Peachey & Co LLP, 95 Aldwych, London, WC2B 4JF on Tuesday 13 February 2018 at 11.00am.
