01/2/2021 12:47 | Going back up, but got a long way to go to catch up. | vatnabrekk
01/2/2021 12:41 | I think management credibility is rather shot here and mostly self inflicted. Still I see the story as being six month delayed. The sales process should sell itself really as the client should see that he/she will save money by installing these lightweight panels. Might be a mine in Australia getting rid of a diesel generator, or a tuk-tuk driver in Thailand saving on fuel. | meijiman
01/2/2021 12:13 | Took a few more this morning. Got my average down to 5.123 now Price is base don no sales, so any completion of existing or new sales and we are away. | dubois
01/2/2021 11:33 | Still can't quite believe these can be picked up at less than 5p. | 32campomar
01/2/2021 10:02 | 4.73 and above are buys. Decent start to the week. Just need some sales now to set us on our way back up. | dubois
01/2/2021 09:20 | Looks like the heavy selling is done | 32campomar
31/1/2021 14:56 | That sounds a tad optimistic to me!But if that's come from the usual source then his currency is optimism!Last year they burnt c £1m first half, c £1.9m second half, excluding director loan repayments. They did make a few panels for what turns out to be stock. So they have a tad under £1.7m in the kitty, according to the TU.Looks highly unlikely they can spin that out for a year.Few sales sold from stock would definitely help eke it out. | astralvision
30/1/2021 21:50 | I wonder how long they have got at projected cash burn rate with no sales. At least their useless sales force isn’t costing us anything. | mandatory
29/1/2021 10:06 | I'm not blind to the failure of the company so far, but with a market cap sub £15m I'm happy to give them more time. | il duce15
29/1/2021 10:04 | I think they just need more time. The first PowerMat should be delivered to Australia during Q1, I'm sure once we can demonstrate this to some of the addressable 4000 mines that orders will flow. We know they need to become more ESG and move away in part from diesel. Recent pictures show our panels on our first boat and comments (if you chose to believe them)say they are exceeding expectations. So why won't this lead to more orders in this sector? My opinion is that the share price reflects all the disappointments and is now discounting any hope of any sales. | il duce15
29/1/2021 09:55 | astralvision, They will move from commission only to direct sales staff. There is a push to market in the uk. I believe the Tulip order is back on and close. | dubois
29/1/2021 09:46 | hi duboisI'm interested to know what the different sales strategy is?So far commission only salesman hasn't worked, distributors hasn't worked. The strategy of selling to miners where we were informed there's 4,000 of them with the potential of xxxGW has produced one that hasn't paid! The other mentioned verticals such as marine, agriculture, transport etc have had minimal or no effect.Has RR come up with another plan?If it involves customers actually paying then all to the good! | astralvision
29/1/2021 09:42 | dave545Be nice to keep the thread to VDTK and keep your ill informed and patently wrong views on ITX to yourself, but if not, I direct you to the ITX thread, thank you. | astralvision
29/1/2021 09:38 | ITX has hardly any sales but that rubbish went from 2p to 8p recently. Since when does it matter what a stock does anybody, nobody cares if it has 1 mil turnover or 1 billion, if the share is spiking everybody piles in for a quick buck. Never been a worse market for zero logic. | dave4545
29/1/2021 09:36 | 32campomar, I'm a member of that club. They got it totally wrong in regard to sales. They know that and I think they are moving to a different strategy which will hopefully bring the sales in. As I said above, it won't take a great deal to turn sentiment back to positive. There are a lot of people underwater and if they prove they have changed to a winning formulae, people will average down and up we will go. Got to look on the bright side. | dubois
29/1/2021 09:32 | They need sales but any RNS re sales needs to include words to the effect that a substantial deposit has been charged and received!Otherwise no one is going to believe a VDTK contract! We've had the major Nigerian contract, no show. The SAF deal, no show and no idea when or if this contract will be fulfilled. Dont hold your breath would be my take.Black Tulip deal, ain't happened, yet.I suggest they only release news of deals once payment or substantial part payment has been received.Otherwise it's a case of when is a contract not a contract? When it's a VDTK contract! | astralvision
29/1/2021 09:29 | Well one thing is for sure, the update certainly was a kitchen sink job so to those who prescribe to the contrarian maximum pessimism moment to invest, it doesn't get much better. | 32campomar
29/1/2021 09:24 | We just need the next news which has to be good. A change of selling strategy along with a couple of good orders and back up it will go. Nothing technical just need sales | dubois
29/1/2021 09:22 | There will be a technical bounce from a massively oversold position. Let's see. | 32campomar
29/1/2021 09:18 | Looks like this could head to Apr 20 lows. | volsung
29/1/2021 09:17 | If only ‘twere so | volsung
28/1/2021 16:05 | Coming back up slowly. Slowly. | vatnabrekk
28/1/2021 13:20 | accounting rules il duce 15.Obviously you are welcome to take whatever view you wish as to the value of that stock. If they win a decent order tomorrow then , great, the 1MW of stock can be turned into cash, when they get paid. We've had 2020 with minimal salesThe co say they are hoping for a pick up post CV19All I'm saying is without further orders near term then the cash balance will be dropping down to levels that would concern me.They have also got to fund the next phase of the JDP with Paragraf. They can't use the stock to fund day to day expenditure, | astralvision |
