So come on Verditek BOD when are you going to admit the Greenflex tech you use belongs to Meyer Burger

Feel free to get Meyer Burger to confirm it and put it out as news.

It will come out eventually.

What's going on are you trying to sort a licence from them now they know all about it.

Some do use their tech but under licence EG Solbian.

That's because originally made made the production machines so gave licences to this that bought them but now Meyer are going to produce panels using the smart wire Days tech

Tech you clearly list in the greenflex method (Day4) Day4 tech now belongs to Meyer and has for some time well before your IPO.

In guessing they will need to raise again this half, otherwise I don't see how they can finance any decent orders they get in.To be fair they have got a reasonable amount of stock, 1MW.It's a real mess, imo.

£0.5-0.6M would have gone to pay off the loan as well as the costs to undertake the placing. Then the costs to produce 1MW of panels that are ready to ship. Then the operational costs.

Not only will VDTK not be cash flow positive but Revenues for the year will be minimal. The update is worse than I feared

Just sold out 60% loss but better than a 90% loss
Share price has just been in a death spiral and I can see it heading back towards 2p
I just can’t imagine the company coming up with any sort of positive statement in the near future although possibly in the summer things may build up again
Very disappointing and RR should hang his head in shame from having made so many promises and delivered on none of them
One of the signs that always always worries me is when a CEO Who has previously been communicative stops responding to emails from shareholders and there is complete silence from the board
Company still has potential no doubt but I would want to see a positive statement from them. I am worried that a kitchen sink statement will depress things even further
Good luck to all holders. I will look to re-joining you if the future looks a bit brighter

Yes but a statement has to have something to state. I bought in here at a much higher level on the potential of this organisation. There comes a point, however, when potential has to be turned into actual delivery.

I suspect they have little to confirm other than more potential.

Needs an update from the co asap, imo.They need to draw a line under 2020 and update investors on the forward strategy.At the moment they can't seem to bag a sale for love nor money. I've sold out completely now. The company may well have a future, and for all I know it will be back to 10p+ in a few months' time. I've lost confidence in the management though. Good luck all.
