John Celaschi is down from 22.8M to less than 10.2M shares (under 3%). Recent price action suggests he's now finished. For all we know he's down to 0%. All we know is he's under 3%.

The price is reacting well. To remove that constant 50,000 seller will make a big difference.
Imagine some good contract news now!!!!

8% drop in holdings is more like 25m+ shares sold into the market?Rather than the 12m mcfly mentions?

Single or multiple, 11.28% to less than 3% means a lot of stock has gone into the market and we should now see a steady rise.

Hi McFlyFrom the release, HL nominees, could it be a number of their clients have sold down, as HL is presumably holding for an aggregate number of VDTK shareholders. Or do you believe it's one seller?I note they are now under 3%, but that could still mean they've got the thick end of 10m shares to sell? So the seller may not be out yet?Not trying to be negative, just trying to understand the situation betterTIA for any thoughts on the above

I wonder if he was/is responsible for the multiple 50,000 sells every day?

RNS out. Great news that the seller has now sold down.

The market has absorbed at least 12m shares from the seller with the share price staying around the placing price. There is clearly demand for the shares.

Now he’s stopped selling the share price is moving up.

In the absence of the large seller I think the share price would have gone up a fair bit over the past few weeks with the demand from buyers, and all the positive sentiment around green stocks. Makes sense that it will readjust upwards now.

Nice to see that charge on the IP disappearing.

Will open the way for more funds to invest.

Great bullish bowl pattern forming on the chart. Placing now out of the way. Cash in the bank...Solar/Renewable energy will be a huge global theme during the roaring 20s.There are several major catalysts that will continue the momentum that clean energy – especially in solar power – has today.Bloomberg NEF predicts that by 2025, the cost to generate power from solar will be cheaper than oil for the first time ever. It believes solar electricity will cost less than $0.02 per kilowatt-hour (kWh). Money talks, and this would open the door to mass adoption of solar. There is an ongoing shift away from fossil fuels all around the world. It has been a hot topic for governments and corporations for the last decade. In the next 10 years – the Roaring 2020s – the conversation will escalate and result in big changes in the multi-trillion-dollar energy sector. The European Green Deal was launched in December 2019, and it aims to create a region that has zero net emissions by 2050. That's a big goal, and achieving it will require heavy reliance on solar power.Solar power has a bright (no pun intended) future in the United States. That said, whoever is in the White House could impact how much money is allocated to solar over the next few years. President Trump has discussed an infrastructure plan that will cost more than $1 trillion dollars, and a decent sum will go to clean energy. Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden has a clean energy plan that is over $2 trillion. Regardless of who wins, I expect spending on clean energy and solar will rise into the trillions during the Roaring 2020s. Spending will increase globally..The total addressable market will be huge. One of the fastest growing investment trends is ESG – Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance. It's also called "sustainable investing," as it takes into consideration the long-term impact on society and the environment. Solar power is a major trend within ESG investing, and there are several reports that big institutions could mandate that 50% of investments fall into this category in the next decade. That would lead to hundreds of billions of dollars, if not more, flowing into ESG-related stocks. The pipeline of solar projects at utility companies was the largest in U.S. history at the end of 2019. This is important because utility scale projects are the largest, resulting in the most amount of money flowing into the industry. As with most hypergrowth themes, solar power is in its infancy. It was actually discovered back in 1876, so the idea has been around for a while. There have even been bursts of profits in related stocks over the last couple of decades, but none proved sustainable, and many of those same stocks also crashed. For all the reasons ive talked about, solar power is now at an inflection point. As technology improves and costs come down, the path forward is clear....

Hopefully the Related Party loan of $600,000 (together with accrued interest of $206,857) is being invested in Verditek shares.

Astra, unlike you to be slightly negative. I think it is a good thing to pay it off. I would like to see the £70k and £43k paid off/cleared as well. I've been in business all my life and I always remember what an old accountant told me years ago. Always keep overheads and debts very low when the times are good, as you won't be able to afford them when times are tough. I don't claim to have been able to follow that path all the time, but would have done had I been in a position to.

The cleaner the company the sooner we will re rate.

Doesn't it infer they've just raised £3.5m cash and are therefore able to pay the loan off? I'm sure product sales are helping improve the overall picture but let's not kid ourselves why, several weeks post the raise, they are in a position to repay.

Coincidence ?
A sudden upward inflection in the share price chart with an increasing pattern of Buys over Sells yesterday, Then today a long awaited positive RNS inferring an increase in product sales sufficient to provide $806,857 positive cash surplus to pay off loan and interest removing the floating charge. Well done Rob.

The loan had a 20% interest rate so good to repay.

Now it’s repaid the company is virtually debt free and has about £3m in cash.

There is a £43k interest free loan remaining and a £70k convertible loan (10p conversion price). I expect the convertible loan to be converted into shares but either way the overall debt balance is now very small.

I can think of 3 pieces of news or RNSs before Christmas

1. At least one new contract
2. Paragraph update.
3. Strong operational update identifying the master plan and large global capacity expansion.

I would be happy with 1 but I think we could easily see 2 and possibly all 3 before Christmas. I would go as far as saying we may see more than 1 contract before the new year.

And as stated, share price moves quickly. 20p bybend of the year would set the tone for 2021

It sure does move quickly once the overhang has gone. Look how quickly we went from 9 to 18 last time.
If we could get two pieces of good news in one week, then we would be off like a rocket!!!
