Posted at 11/9/2023 09:52 by 32campomar Looks like peel hunt have been left with 89 million shares out of the placing total of 111 million. With the difference been taken by private investors. So they will I assume continue to offload in the weeks & months to come. |

Thankfully I sold out long since but I do keep an eye on things to see if in some way things have turned around. But I see no evidence, new investors may like the words of the new so called joint venture, but to others we have heard it all before and nothing has changed. |

Anyway, that's not how it works with start up and earlier stage companies - that level of visibility is rarely available. The point is that, if they succeed in taking even a small slice of what is clearly a huge addressable market, investors who have believed in the company and stuck with it, are likely to enjoy huge gains. |

When do they start supplying, what are the anticipated volumes, what are the capital implications to VDTK, what is the current cash position. How do they intend to pay the bonds back next year? Are they purely reliant on the roofing deals, as not much else seems to be happening? How are they going to fund the Paragraf venture. When will this see commercial light of day?On the last point, one of RR's numerous lies to me, and other investors I was in contact with, was that graphene enhanced production lines would be running mid 2021. Pure fantasy/lies from RR. |

It hasn't happened, has it. As soon as that news was announced a few days ago you just knew they were just using investors again to hit them with a discounted placing. Now those investors who bought in on the back of that news need a 50% gain or more just to get back to break even. This is how this bunch operate.What are the forward forecasts for the roofing tie up and when does it start in earnest? |
Posted at 30/6/2022 09:12 by astralvision Usual VDTK , release news, lure investors in then hit them with a discounted placing.Absolutely disgusting behaviour, obviously they new the placing was coming when they released the roofing news but they were happy to take investors for a ride, again.All exactly as predicted here.Have they stated what the current cash position is now? Might have missed it.The £1.5m won't last long.Also note the bonds have to be repaid next year. They've bought a bit of time, but serious commercial traction still looks some way away. |
