Great position to be in, Hydrus.
I've never been able to do that!

Fevr taking a pounding, can't say I'm surprised. The takeover rumour was a good signal
Someone put that around to get out high prob Or just that as the mkt gets shakier more investors look to take profits where they can
Big performers across the board being marked down

Have you sold any FEVR at all APAD?

I'm 50% cash currently and taking the odd new position here and there. Bit of a loss of confidence in UK stocks and difficult thing is knowing where they will end up.

ps
Just checked the graphs of RSW and PRV - should've done it - too late now.

I’ve got loads of cash but I wouldn’t buy RSW, lol
Watch it drop another 25-30% then maybe

red,
RSW trades are clearly algos.
Wish I had some cash to increase. Maybe I should sell some more PRV.
I do envy folks who can build up cash to take advantage of times like these.
I just love carnage.

Hydrus, the commentary is all about the US and their bond yields.
Is it a correction or a turning point?
The most informed seems to suggest that it is the speed in the change in bond yields that has spooked the yoodles.
I suspect that we are being driven by algorithmic trades that have nothing to do with fundamentals - either of the economy as a whole, or individual shares.
My experience says that real storms come out of a clear blue sky.
BVXP trades this morning were very successful.
Anyroadup, my principles are being tested.

If FEVR ends below £30, it’s not good for tomorrow

There's a whiff of panic about in UK equities. Odd really as not as if anything has changed in last week or two.

Been playing with lots of currency providers.
FWIW
Chose a FFX card had a minor problem but great customer service over the phone (no way of phoning REVOLUT, which does the best rates).
Ordered cash through Currency Online Group good rates and an easy interface.

Now down over 11%
This will be quick
Was never a serious investment as most holders realised but wanted a piece of the action. That is until it’s over, then they are like rats leaving a sinking ship

APAD, your six fig fall on your investments today must be painful. You’re going to watch FEVR go all the way back down as I warned. The bubble was always going to burst

'twas ever thus Pip old chap.

Agreed, value in Rsw now, but not brave enough to throw in another £5k.

FEVR did hit its 200SMA about a year back. Looks like it's doing it again.
With 28% of my portfolio in there I can't buy, but I would be at this level.

RSW, about to hit the buy level, red. No funds now.

Looks like the market is now discouraging my tactics of selling PRV to buy BVXP.

Your decision to sell FEVR is looking wiser by the hour Hydrus.

QUIZ hammering indicates the fragility of market nerves. Don't get me wrong it might be an appropriate haircut but 60% off over less than one trading day indicates that screw ups are being punished severely and quickly. Anything in a high rating where performance is below par is getting hammered. Lots of companies are on high ratings so plenty of targets.

Sadly not in SPE. I know others are, so I picked up the RNS this am before the market open.

Cautious from Coventry for now. Not adding in a market that is still lurching downwards. Whilst the yoodles are unlikely to crash, they have had a very good run up. Maybe pausing for breath and contemplating equities vs cash over the pond?

Blimey for once I might have timed an exit well FEVR diving a bit. SPE looks excellent Big/Red well done. Doesn't look particularly expensive even after the rise.

Delighted with BVXP Sold my FEVR trade for a £15 profit lol. Hasn't bounced and not sure I want to take the risk in current markets so will see what trend emerges.
