P 17 lists the 10 practice areas - 8am to 12noon on the dial are the most recent additions. p. 27 is trying to demonstrate that they can build on their relationships to offer different services or the same service in a different jurisdiction. From memory, they have about 400 relationships and 18 of the top 20. P. 9 tells a very good story.
