11/8/2017 23:42 | Agree Pete, dangerous as I think it'll be 250-350 next yr. | big7ime
11/8/2017 23:30 | janeann - keep smiling! destruction of humanity probably wont be this week. I have made and will continue to make big money out of DIS, sorry it's not for you. I hold IQE as well, but for somewhat longer term and not for trading. At least my note stirred up a bit of response - can't understand this quiet. pete | petersinthemarket
11/8/2017 23:07 | No such worries at IQE. Hitting a new high at close. Like buying 10ers with 5ers at the moment as iphone8 launches next mth and once it is known known that iqe wafers are in most of them is worth i reckon min 5p eps on top of current 3.5 It's just gettin goin | big7ime
11/8/2017 23:01 | And wealth | big7ime
11/8/2017 20:58 | Well peter - not sure I agree; evolution shows at some point that disease, famine, predation or conflict destroys populations. | janeann
11/8/2017 20:21 | Since no-one is out there, I guess no-one will be in the least bit interested to note that this year the Tiddler, Distil DIS, has become a great trading share. Without careful timing, the bid/offer spread can be a bit tricky to negotiate, but just look at the chart. As many experienced traders will appreciate, trades don't all occur at full bid/offer level, but somewhere in between. Anyway, FWIW, I have been loading up on DIS yet again recently and will unload again when the time is right, I'm guessing within the next few months when rumours break on the the American deal. I will continue to maintain my core holding of course. This is just for fun, excitement. I get bored easily. Easy money for the patient - like candy from a kid. Still, we are all different. Have a brilliant weekend all, and don't worry about The Donald, it's all noise, just a blip, so take advantage of lower prices. Life goes on and evolution shows that it will continue to go on. pete | petersinthemarket
11/8/2017 19:13 | VLG = Marie Celeste!!! | petersinthemarket
11/8/2017 11:27 | and share price continues to fall - Chartwise looks as though could break back down, 60p resistance given way (currently intraday) so will all (imo) depend on where it closes - Volume however minimal at the moment Trump/Kim effect ?? | pugugly
11/8/2017 08:12 | Break out at BVXP - should get a trading statement this month. | hydrus
10/8/2017 16:08 | Someone picking up a large line of TAP stock at the moment..... I also think there latest acquisition was fantastic. I love these type of deals. I reckon the market very often underestimates the impact they have on earnings going forward. | deltrotter
10/8/2017 16:03 | Israel is an issue but take a look at the video on the #XLM thread posted this afternoon - both #TAP and them going places - I hold both with large positions after saying I wouldn't touch them 18 months ago ! | panic investor
10/8/2017 15:50 | Abs no doubt that the cash generation is heartening. The problem for many of us is the Israel connection. The geopolitical area is extremely unstable and anything could kick off at any time. I, for one, am very reluctant to buy overseas tiddlers whether on AIM or not. pete | petersinthemarket
10/8/2017 15:45 | >Big7ime #12991 - Well said, Spot on! pete | petersinthemarket
10/8/2017 15:21 | Good timing Panic - BVXP is my largest holding. | hydrus
10/8/2017 15:15 | I know Megan - that's why I will hold on to TAP. Paul Scott went through their accounts in detail a few months ago and concluded they were very solid and no dodgies. | hydrus
10/8/2017 14:54 | Added to ACSO and BVXP - charts look cracking | panic investor
10/8/2017 14:37 | hydrus... difference with tap is that highly cash generative | meganxmas
10/8/2017 14:13 | Apad, as a material scientist I would like to hear your views on kemet corporation KEM , it's a USA stock. It has similar chart to IQE and it has a semiconductor business like IQE , but their business is much more than semiconductors , their lines of new products look incredibly unique. I have had a position for a while but wish to add. Cheers | modform
10/8/2017 12:28 | BTFD opportunity at HILS? Results seem OK but market wanted more? HOC going in the right direction. FENR lost a bit of momentum recently. SDX is stuck and looks a bit sad at the moment. | lauders
10/8/2017 11:04 | I think you are wrong this time Apad. Yes IQE is certainly becoming a beautiful swan from ugly ducking with PI crowd and the tech is way over mosts heads I am certain but IQE has been working for yrs to position itself as the world leader in its wafer tech for multiple new markets such as the laser gadgetry that uses its wafers in the upcoming iPhones. They have 80% mkt share of a huge growth mkt that is at its infancy Analysts are continually uograding their forecasts (I think even they don't understand the tech or the potential) and eps next yr ranges 5p-15p Taking a midpoint 10p and modest per 25 which for such huge growth in 4or5areas (above is just 1 starting to happen) would be too low you can see today's share price does look v cheap | big7ime
09/8/2017 16:02 | PI, Hi, The view of the ACSO chart remains unchanged from that I posted on the thread recently. cheers | bamboo2
09/8/2017 11:38 | Just added a few RWS - like the look of the chart - seems to be a the bottom of its cycle at the moment. ps prsm approaching its all time high! | janeann
09/8/2017 10:31 | One can only speculate Jane. This is why TAP makes me nervous. Foreign owned AIM companies. | hydrus
09/8/2017 10:09 | Yes Hydrus - what always amazed me about TCM was Oozi Catz kept buying shares in the company - in considerable amounts. Never understood where all his money came from to do that. | janeann
09/8/2017 09:39 | TCM - a cautionary tale. Fascinating to watch it play out. | hydrus |
