I was a holder here but sold out at circa 60p last year. I have monitored it since for a possibly re-entry but so far have not been convinced. The equity raise @90p a few months ago saw Randall halve his stake and other directors to sell shares too. The current PER is circa 27, which I think is on the high side for an emerging business in this sector.

On the plus side, £100m market cap with c.£42m cash at Dec and should be growing each month, £6m EBITDA and that should be growing IMO.

Great opportunity when shops open up for footfall again to supplement online purchases of their products. Let's see.....

Great results but no M&A, so deeply unimpressed by the Placing statement vs delivery i.e. zero. A bit negative IMO on the management and I'm a big holder ffs.

Excellent results as flagged - 4.46p EPS, more than doubled from 2.18p EPS last year - and £42.1m cash against a now £103m m/cap.

The historic adjusted PAT of £3.85m plays an EV of £61m, so pretty good value.

And:

"The start of 2021 has been positive with continuing momentum to the sales and a solid order book."

I note too that Dentyl sales to China have now resumed. Ultradex suffered somewhat due to the lockdown, but online sales have zoomed so as lockdown eases this should continue to flourish. Disinplus sales in H2 were only £0.4m, so a big reduction from H1's £3.2m due to pandemic stocking up, but it'll be interesting to see much how this increases again in 2021.

Acquisitions are repeatedly mentioned, but no details given as to progress AFACS. Whenever they happen the shares should get a nice boost.

Very happy to hold here.

What on earth are they going to do with all this cash?

thanks Riv

results tomorrow yes? And little to show on the share price action on whether good or bad! Let's hope for some decent action and some M&A updates. Far too quiet quite frankly.

Good news for VLG from Alliance Pharma's 2020 results today - APH did OK overall, but Kelo-cote outperformed, particularly from Q2 onwards (which was when VLG began production):

"Kelo-cote - scar prevention and treatment

We were particularly pleased with the performance of Kelo-cote, which delivered good growth in 2020, continuing the trend from 2019, with sales up 12% to GBP34.7m (2019: GBP31.0m), due to further strong demand from China from the second quarter onwards as local lockdown restrictions eased. Across the rest of the APAC region, ongoing local lockdown restrictions in response to the pandemic have had a more sustained impact on the brand's performance, likewise in South America and some countries within EMEA. Nevertheless, we expect sales across all these regions to return strongly once lockdown restrictions are eased."

Yeah that old chestnut - a degree in life. If i had a tenner every time I heard that I'd be rich beyond my dreams. As if I haven't had a life as well. I just laughed at being told I was numerically challenged - sorry to have offended you all

haha, well I work from home, so at my desk at a screen all day, and enjoy the trading side of things and like a bit of commentary as a break from the work! Maybe I get a bit carried away at times, apologies, but no harm intended.

I don't have a degree/phd from Oxbridge, more an O-level in life haha....

Cheers

:o))

Come on, lighten up, it's not all about you. That comment was merely to highlight in a non-serious way just how few posts have been made here recently, particularly relative to your original comment to which my last paragraph certainly applied. Well done on your degree and PhD!

Sharw :o))

As for DavRos, I've posted on this thread precisely three times in the past three weeks. For those mathematically challenged compadres here, that's equivalent to once a week....

Any sort of commentary about over-posting in that regard is really rather making mountains out of molehills.....!!!

Tell you what rivaldo and QS99, instead of running around like demented US baseball cheerleaders why don't you sit down and relax with a drink and watch a bit of telly such as and see if you can spot a bit of product placement 3m 42s in?
