Yes the delay is annoying and mgmt should get a slapped wrist But this is so cheap vs peers and the growth in profits over the last 2 years has been astounding I'm sure we will rally to mid 90s after these figures and anyone selling out now on back of this delay will regret it Just take a look at all the beats to expectations Strong buy 110p target

Agree matt123d...premature sellers disappointed from yesterday by the looks of things...company had until end of June 2018 to publish finals...looks like everything on course and recent acquisition announced in May 2018 may well be reason for the slight delay but these things happen. World cup kicks off 14 June, so all good for the business here too, dyor etc:-)

Gaming industry marketing company Veltyco Group said it had agreed to acquire Marsovia Holding from Altair Entertainment, giving it the opportunity to launch a new online trading brand.

Veltyco said a consideration of €4.0m would be offset by existing debts owed to the company by Altair, making the acquisition cash neutral for Veltyco.

Marsovia holds a database of around 43,500 customers, of which approximately 26,000 are considered to be active in the online trading sector, the company said.

It hoped to launch the new online trading brand in the second half of 2018.

Melody they have always been careful to hedge their announcements if you read them back. They haven't managed expectations very well, but they haven't actually failed in any way.

its not about the results per se. its about management saying they will do something (via an RNS) and then not doing it. so if we cannot believe them regarding the date they will release results, why should they be believed on any other commentary they make?

Market was probing lower prices for supply. Wouldn't be surprised if there is something going on behind the scenes.

Lucky they weren't punished more heavily. For the first time in a while the market was behaving as if stock is in short supply again.
