No one has any existing interests in the betting market in US because gambling has been illegal up till yesterday(apart from Nevada). There is however an estimated 150 Billion market in illegal gambling - which is now opening up. And Veltyco has interests in S. America so they're well placed to capitalise on it - and management must know this. Yet every other gambling firm has jumped in price on the news... except this one of course!

As far as I am aware this is the 'closed period' prior to results being announced, when directors are not allowed to deal in their company's shares.

it's relentless, increased by position but getting a little concerned.

MCAP £50M estimated EBITDA €8M / HY PBT €3.7M very low multiple for a agressive growth company. Only 2 working days before the results, you would be expecting this to rise into the results.

Main man holds a lot of the company, could be holding it back.

The stock being advertised for sale hasn't been there in the auctions today so possibly all cleared, just need the resulting price rise to confirm.
