Yes. My strong feeling with this is, that it is almost bound to do well. Dangerous to say, I realise, given the chequered history, but it sits in such a sweet spot, with its trials largely behind it.
The government will want to support it
The airlines are already supporting it
And the company now has the cash to move ahead.

As to profits?
Is ITM actually profitable yet?

Very poor behaviour that we still have to wait on refunds due to the excess applications for shares and no still return of excess monies subscribed. They are sitting on a large amount of money and not repaying it, a day or two possibly needed for admin etc but monies should be returned by now

That line shows the exact number of shares by which your application was scaled back.
Everyone who applied for extra shares was scaled back by about 80 per cent because the offer was five times over-subscribed. Multiply the number of shares in that line by 5p to see the amount of money you are waiting on HL to re-credit as cash to your SIPP.

If you mean the rejected line, they are the shares that you / we applied for but didn't get - but someone else did and so are tradeable by them!

I assume that entry will disappear when HL refund our money.

I thought that Skinny but the line on my HL SIPP shows they are not being traded even though it shows my allocation. Baffling
