Have they sold. Or is this reduction in holding a consequence of the post-RI enlarged share capital?

https://www.business-live.co.uk/manufacturing/500m-green-aviation-investment-plea-18615604Calls to accelerate green aviation investment in the UK have put a jet fuel refinery on the South Humber Bank at the forefront of the campaign.Developer Velocys has welcomed the move from a 35-strong cross party group of MPs, with backer and national flag carrier British Airways also endorsing the efforts.Massive!!!

All selling being absorbed. I agree that the short-term profit taking should be over by the close today. Next week could see a steady rise start !!! I am expecting it to get to 10p quite easily. all IMHO of course.

Agreed NiM - perhaps I didn't explain it as clearly as I could have.

For info - I got 20.44%.

Skinny - I have the same line at HL.
The number of shares "rejected" in that line is about 80% of the extra shares I applied for over and above my basic entitlement.
The other 20% has been credited to my core holding in the line below.
The cash value of the rejected shares is based on 5p a share (the offer price) and is the amount HL should re-credit to my cash account when they get round to it.

Looks like volsung applied for 20,000 shares above his basic entitlement and will have been credited with about 4,000 shares. He'll also get a cash refund of £800 for the rejected 80% of his application.

Volsung - That's not right - you can't get a re-quote in an open offer - I have the same message and looking at the we should get our basic entitlement.

"Furthermore, the Company is pleased to announce that the Open Offer, which closed for acceptances at 11.00 a.m. on 13 July 2020, was significantly oversubscribed, with final valid applications including Excess Entitlements from Eligible Shareholders in respect of 104,608,452 Open Offer Shares representing a take-up of approximately 523% of the maximum number of Open Offer Shares available. Eligible Shareholders who have validly applied for their Basic Entitlement of Open Offer Shares will receive their Basic Entitlement in full, while applications for additional Open Offer Shares through the Excess Entitlements have been scaled back on a pro rata basis, such that the maximum number of Open Offer Shares of 19,999,957 have been issued by the Company."

Too many bought at the same price and no stock was available for you at the price you've been asking, you need to re-quote

Excellent news re the tr1 and shows the strength here. Only diluted from the placing which was massively oversubscribed by 523 percent. Medium to long term this will be huge
