Africa Hydrocarbons Files Filing Statement in Connection With Proposed Change of Business Transaction
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 23, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Africa Hydrocarbons Inc. (NEX:NFK.H) (PNK:KNPRF) (STU:KRL1) (the “Company”;) is pleased to announced that it has filed its filing statement dated May 22, 2018 (the “Filing Statement”) on SEDAR (www.sedar.com), in relation to the Company’s proposed “Change of Business” transaction (“COB Transaction”).

As previously disclosed, the Company is undertaking the COB Transaction pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange̶1;), with the result that the Company (which will be renamed BlockchainK2 Corp.) will become a blockchain technology company, listed on the Exchange, with its initial business being cryptocurrency mining. #VELA - essentially main focus is BTL, if BTL can get to $12 then Vela's stake worth £10m or c1.4p.But there's more...Vela also have a lot of BTL warrantsSprinkles on topVela is very cheap here - also still near lows, was 1.67 a few months agoFrom Twitter...
