856m shares multiplied by current share price.So 9.85m on the bid and 10.79m on the offer - give or take.BTL holding worth about 4.2m

BTL is up 22% today and more important is what BTL might do in 2018.It could easily double from here which could double Vela's marketcap.

It’s the magic of blockchain. 😁😁🚀. Look what happened to that unloved tea company that changed its name to include blockchain...whoosh. Vela has a very valuable stake in BTL and rising, plus its other investments. I’m happy to hold and enjoy the ride.

6 days ago, the fair value of the investments at 30 September was £3.5m. A further £750k has been raised since then. Total £4.25m.Current market value is almost £11m. It just doesn't add up.

Yes but there is only one that counts at the moment and is solely responsible for the rise in the share price - BTL
If BTL is really one of the most significant block chain companies then its share price could soar in 2018. Worth holding Vela just for this possibility.

Come on guys stop ramping and persuading poor PIs that this is something that it isn't. Yes it's a sound company - but it's market value is now way over done.2 weeks ago it was worth .65p per share (value at which latest fund raising was done) with BTL at £4.3m. It is a better company than then but not twice as good. You have been warned!
