If they get over 90% acceptances (or some figure close to that, not sure of exact figure just now) the offer goes unconditional and the remaining holders will be forcibly bought out at $10.89 anyway. Don't think you are going to get any more just by holding out.

On a side note, looking at the shares prices of AAL and KAZ recently i'm counting myself lucky to make a decent return here.

Can anyone advise, if you hold and reject the 10.89 USD offer and hold and then get bought out at the offer price after de-listing what day's exchange rate will be used?
