There is no real problem with debt as this year coming they will have net debt of about 1.15 times ebitda - which is actually very low - everyone is looking backward with this share- I remember buying barratts at 90 pence and then they went up 600 percent - the papers always banged on about there debt even when they had none !! That's because journalists are lazy and just regurgitate what's gone before- kaz minerals for example have about 2.75 net debt to ebitda - which is double vedanta!!

You guys are reluctant to properly analyse the balance sheet. If you understood the debt profile you would understand the volatility.

Despite the almost grotesque balance sheet at the Vedanta Resources level I think they will be able to nurse it back to health due to the lost cash costs of the underlying businesses. They should probably not pay dividends however until the balance sheet is more under control.

Well this is very disappointing. Might need to get some spare capital to add here soon.

Yield is creeping up.

Annual div (ADY) 40.27 GBX
Annual div yield (ADY) 5.82%

Not far to go until support if creating the Handle. But if that fails, I wouldn't rule out 200p's. imo.

I bet investors, when buying at £25 per share laughed at the prospect of 250p per share. Guess what happened.

Don't see sub 600p without wider market / mining fall. Something specific driving this.
