pob55-hope they do get to 70p by Dec 1st, will be buying around 20,000 then to replace the ones I sold at 79p last week.

dp1umb - sold most at average 700 p in last years and had today only tiny just 5k
It was volatile holding since 2008
Hope you did better.
Anyway its better than nothing.I sold on news today @ 829 p

Alord where you still a holder of BTG like a few of us on here ? It was by far my biggest holding by far but I have mixed views on the takeover.

Btg being taking over for 840 p cash
by Boston Science - almost 40 % premium

1.Could anybody explain what to expect from court hearing in patent court this week , cause I understood that GSK against Vectura and not Vectura against GSK ?
2. And what to expect in US court VECTURA AGAINST GSK ? BEGIN OF NEXT YEAR ?

alord53 its all a gamble who knows what the share price will do but if your not in you could miss out all part of life, or just don't play the markets and put your money under your bed.

We - shareholders and management are loosers - otherwise we were sold our positions at 180 p
Company is garbage of low income drugs and nothing else .
I am afraid that after lost case next week we will be sold off although this already discounted many times - why not one more time.
So weak company I never hold .

pob55-yes, I think we are just waiting for news flow, too many unknowns at the moment. The deal with Hikma was good news but it will be a while before that becomes an income stream. The Advair submission becomes even more important now, if that gets approved next year then we should see a very significant re-rating and about time, I want to be splashing the cash in my retirement and I am relying on Vec to provide plenty of it!

Don't think anything to do with the market didn't go up when market going well, just trading water waiting for court case and more news flow ,time will tell.

Time frame all in future ..That's also why in think we will drift back down to around 70p, have come off the fence as getting painful.

Court hearing should be week 19 th of November and will go for 5 days.
BTG and J&J lost patent extention for Zytiga in USA.
In Vec gegen GSK issue is also in patent extention- could anybody explain what court next week should rule/decide ?

PS Anybody can explain why analysts recommendations target prices went down to neutral and hold from buys although we had good results and partnership agreement ???

Good volume but struggling to move, looks like there may be a seller/sellers at this level, least we are building a new base.

That EU view on paediatric Fluti should translate eventually to Japan and row sales.The more 'real market' experience Fluti gets the nearer the temptation to review the Canada/US markets.Hikma May come in useful for MENA markets if they haven't been snapped up by Sanofi?

Sort I was talking about yesterday’s RNS so this mornings again will hopefully push the shares closer to the £1 mark by year end.
