I think we may see $32m millstone in 2020 year end.fingerscrossed I wouldn't disagree on valuation comparison vectura is under valued but as been poorly manged and sentiment is extremely bearish we have had nothing posative for 18 months.At the end of the day we all invest to make money pacira as made me a 32% margin twice in eighteen months hopefully vectura will come good eventually.

Kyorin Qly results likely out on Monday, looking at last year dates. Will give an indication how Flutiform sales are faring in Japan and maybe some news on China development.

PCRX are still on a huge multiple of forward earnings. They are still to make reliable profits despite the $320+M sales expectations for Exparel. It is just the nature of the market over there. Current market cap is above $2Bn. PCRX is also pretty much a one trick pony. Then you compare with the solid EBITDA positive VEC and wonder about disparity...

still need a 50% increase in Qly sales from here to meet the last milestone payment. I am hoping the expanded indications lead to continued 20+% Qly sales growth. Even then it's going to take at least a couple of years...

Pacira numbers out 23% growth on last year comparison as I said a number of months back low $30 was a good opportunity .

Looks like crossed wires with VEC IR.

They will obviously not comment on anything related to Ellipta while the litigation is ongoing - i can respect that.

The Exparel questions on the milestones are something i will go back with separately.

then drops back as if someone is expecting some good news or bad.

I do wonder why people don't just email VEC i have before now but you only get back whats in the public domain have no problem with that .My feelings for this company is its got a bright future i tend to ignore what brokers say do my research and then go on gut feeling (gut getting bigger as i get older ).Also do appreciate your input.

I said that i have sent a follow-up email to the company asking for clarification.

three things:
1. I do not promise anyone that the company will reply to me with anything more than they have already writeen.

2. I will certainly not post their reply in part or directly, as per the original request.

3. I may post my interpretation of their reply, which would be solely my opinion, but i am not obligated by anyone to do so.

If you really want to know then approach the company IR itself and ask the questions yourself. In that way there can be no mis-representation or interpretation.

I am asking things for my own information, to supplement my investment case, based on what i believe is already in the public domain.

I would imagine HBM are bit like most investors surprised and disappointed with the share price but would not see them reducing at these levels ,if they were too it would be an extremely bearish signal.

Still means HBM hold somewhere between 55 and 60M VEC shares as fair value is listed as 53M CHF.

I can voice an opinion, as ever, and i think i can't be accused of being a stooge in that respect.

However, i'm still waiting for a reply to most of the points i raised. I just got a blanket IP defence email, which was far from complete. Not a lot of point directly commenting on that. I add some of my points below, as there is nothing stopping me posting my thoughts and questions.

I'm waiting on a reply RE: the nature and scope of the IP disagreement with GSK. Is it just the legacy VEC agreements or can it impact the formulation royalties that VEC receive from the legacy SKP agreement (the still paid £9m p.a.)? I also asked about the timeline for this revenue (patent expiry). On the IP litigation front, i asked whether the decision would be legally binding (i.e. a single hearing and no appeals), differences between the UK and US based cases and some points raised by the court transcript that popper joe put up.

I've also asked several things related to the following document, the 10-K filing from Pacira regarding the Exparel agreement.



Patent families, royalty and milestones etc...

Polaris Would it be possible to voice an opinion based on your discussion as to whether you are more or less positive on the litigation outcome ,after all that’s what posters are interested to know.
On what we do know the 70p long term support level as broke to the downside which is extremely worrying for me we in the past I would of looked at this price as a great short term buying opportunity but my confidence in this company is shot and fear lower lows to come.
But rest assured the board of directors will calm the market with reassurance that everything is on track and see no reason for the constant decline in the share price.

I requested to post here, they requested that i did not post any part of the email. I will respect their request. I have no NDA or any link to VEC, other than through my leveraged long position.

If you read replies from companies then the small print at the bottom usually states that the email is for private consumption and should not be reproduced in full or in part elsewhere.

It is to avoid any misinterpretation, not that they are giving me anything that they would not give to any other investor who takes the time to approach the company.

Many years ago i did a phone PI interview with AVM with the then CEO. I took questions from other posters and then had about a 1 hour call with JH. However, this was on the understanding that any report i wrote would be passed to the company first for their approval that i was not reading things into the conversation that crossed certain bounds before i posted to any BB.

I am a scientist and I ask questions - it's what we do.
