Surely now would be a very good time for some share buybacks. I believe a resolution for this was passed at the AGM.

If they aren't going to do them now then I'm not sure when they ever would.

Increased my holding by two-thirds on Friday. Agree with the comments that these look over-sold, with the Director buying providing some nice confidence as well. That said, can see these bouncing around a bit for a while

Thanks Taffy-as I have said it is important not to ignore the many patented 'device' parts of VEC business which on its own is worth a fair whack, given the cost of developing and getting even one pass the FDA. They are leaders in this area.

POB, "no news til 2018"?, we've just had it, the CEO and FD believe this is undervalued, and possibly had planned to buy after the results, when they would be allowed to, so considered it under value at 110p.

Agree, poorold, re VEc, a lot of unknowns and potential. This co9mpany's inhaler device businesss and patents alone is worth a considerable chunk of the mrkt cap and I suspect this could be a to target if prices remain below 1.50.

John202-I agree that patience is required as shown by VEC's anticipated news flow. At this price, it appears that the market is taking the view 'I'll believe it when I see it' which is not surprising given VEC's track record since the merger. I continue to hold. Foolishly, I didn't sell earlier in the year but, if I had, I would be buying back in at these levels.

Imho Advair and Big Los were already discounted before results.
How many times these issues should be discounted ? One time ? 2 times ? Every day ?
Shortsellers did this fall possible.
I think that only healthy short squese can restore share price to fair level.
With all writes off like litigations, Advair , Los from merger - share price should be 110-120 p and this without premium to pipeline.

Those of you lucky enough to buy in around 90p should do very well. I think this should get back to 105-110p perhaps as early as next week as technically still very oversold so DO NOT SELL. Hopefully more Director buys also next week. I hear management are miffed and puzzled by this extreme drop.

I agree justice but I'm happier now as added considerably yesterday on big fall. This is a good business and barring any management disasters (the strategy and products are good, demand will grow and medium term they may have quite a few more, even short term-1 yr) advair may even make it)

strong share price today with very little retrace. i think there is a gap to fill but lets get above £1 first 😊
