Hi -
FYI I had the same issue of lost form - which I realised last night after reading this thread...
I sent an email to the investor relations address on the vec site and this morning a new one arrived.
On the way to post shortly ...

I substantially sold out of VEC a couple of years ago and sold my very limited remaining holding last week. For anyone who would like what would be a very radicle departure from Pharma, and is looking to invest in an industry and something that's in the background of a subject that's come right to the top of the global economic agenda .... and make it explode, something that's been subjected to top quality global research and is now already starting to come to the attention of industry leaders .... you will have to enjoy the humongous amounts of DYOR that it'll take to get your head around it all and the genuine size of the opportunity that is going to happen ... have a look Bushveld Minerals (BMN) HTtps://www.bushveldminerals.com and/or Invinity Energy Systems (IES) Https://invinity.comIt's vital to look into the background of both companies, the quality of management ... it's backers and partners but also the global industry behind the technology that's involved. The ADVFN chat bb for IES is ok ... but LSE chat bb for BMN is far better than ADVFN's which is populated by the usual 10-20% traders rather than long term investors that are willing to do proper in depth research before investing. If nothing else ... your researching this new fledgling industry that is already just taking off on a global scale and is imo ... going to be a genuine 'groundbreaking' investment opportunity ... will prove very interesting.

ISR Immune System Regulation Holding AB (publ) (“ISR”), which develops inhalation vaccine against Covid-19, has on 6 August 2021 announced that the company has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding the start of a vaccine study in Bangladesh and on August 8, 2021 announced that the company has entered into a letter of intent (MoU) regarding the manufacture and distribution of ISR's vaccine in Bangladesh.

ISR has noted that Bangladeshi media, including the English-language daily newspaper The Daily Star, have published information on when ISR's vaccine can be launched in Bangladesh, commercial terms on Bangladesh's acquisition of vaccine from ISR and at what rate the vaccine will be produced. Due to the information in the Bangladeshi media, ISR would like to make the following comments:

ISR is currently negotiating with various parties for the delivery of the company's vaccine. Such negotiations are, for obvious reasons, confidential.
If a party finances clinical studies of ISR's vaccine, it can of course affect the price the party may pay for the vaccine if it can be successfully launched.
Apart from what has already been communicated in the above-mentioned press releases on 6 and 8 August 2021, ISR has not entered into any new agreements regarding the Bangladeshi market and thus there are no binding agreements on the delivery of the company's vaccine to Bangladesh.
As previously communicated, ISR is pleased with the interest that the company's vaccine has received in Bangladesh. If ISR enters into an agreement for the delivery of vaccines to Bangladesh, it will be communicated to the market through customary channels. Investors in ISR should consider information about the company that is communicated by the company in customary channels.

These boards are lunacy.Although in fairness there are some sensible investors on this one. Only experience will help you to take all of it without pinch of salt.

Philip Morris Makes $1.24 Billion Bid for UK Respiratory Drugs Company -- UpdateSource: Dow Jones News--Philip Morris International plans to buy Vectura Group as part of expansion beyond tobacco products--Vectura board withdrew its recommendation of an earlier offer from Carlyle--Carlyle said it is considering its options By Adria Calatayud Philip Morris International Inc. plans to buy Vectura Group PLC, a U.K. pharmaceuticals business specializing in inhaled medicines, for 899.2 million pounds ($1.24 billion) in cash, bolstering its push to expand beyond tobacco and nicotine.Philip Morris International, which sells the Marlboro brand outside the U.S., on Friday said that Vectura will be the backbone of its inhaled-therapeutic business. The move from the tobacco company trumps an earlier bid for Vectura by Carlyle Group Inc., which had been recommended by the board of the U.K. company in May. Philip Morris's offer values Vectura at 150 pence a share, 10% higher than Carlyle's bid.In response, Carlyle said it is considering its options and encouraged Vectura shareholders to take no action.Shares in Vectura at 0928 GMT traded 13% higher at 153.60 pence. The offer from Philip Morris valued Vectura at GBP1.05 billion, or 169 pence a share, including a dividend of 19 pence a share the U.K. company paid in June.Philip Morris said the acquisition of Vectura is part of its evolution into a broader healthcare and wellness company. Earlier this year, it outlined plans to generate more than half of its revenue from smokeless products by 2025, up from 24% in 2020, in a bid to court ethical investors.Philip Morris said respiratory drug delivery and selfcare wellness products are key in its plans to move away from tobacco and nicotine and that Vectura's strengths can help it to tap into the fast-growing market for inhaled therapeutics."We see Vectura's combination of device, formulation and development capabilities for inhaled therapeutics as highly complementary to our existing expertise, pipeline and experience in aerosolization," Philip Morris Chief Executive Jacek Olczak said.Vectura, based in Chippenham, England, will operate as an autonomous business unit within Philip Morris with support for its current strategy, the companies said. In 2019, the company changed its strategy to focus on providing contracted drug-development services for partners.Analysts at brokerage Peel Hunt said Philip Morris's offer for Vectura reduces the likelihood of further bids from private-equity investors, as the U.K. company's plans to develop a contract development-and-manufacturing business are expected to take some time.

So more big guys and institutions buying Vec , so more small algo guys selling to shake out retail investors and scare them.
It’s going on for years, same was with BTG - eventually bought by Boston scientific with 35% premium.

Richman -CFD doesn’t pay taxes , no duty stamps - financing under 2%

Otherwise all major investors know what to expect in coming results , so nobody interesting to buy yet , may be everything already discounted in share price ?
