I'd say yes, but not before all existing shareholders have been shafted over. It appears that its all about timing (and luck) when buying explorers/early stage miners.

Once below this, they can't continue to issue the regular placings to keep the lights on, so I see a consolidation in the not too distant future to allow the gravy train to continue....

....Trouble is, consolidations tend to criple existing shareholders as the price often continues trending down.

The only thing I take comfort in is that AP has personally bought more shares during this latest placement.
