VAL have 2 years of cash plus probably a big cash injection from the Japan pharma after 301 testing and also from 201 partner for next phase.IMHO VAL with its new investment strategy of collaborations and outsourcing will most likely never have to raise any money ever again!DYOR

When others say this is going to 100p and you say it is going to 10p that is your opinion based on your view (bull or bear position) . But when you spread misleading and false information that a placing will be happening soon or one is being organised that is wrong and illegal. Watch what you say as a first warning letter could drop in your letter box. Companies are no longer going to ignore such blatant misinformation campaigns.

2 different business models. As far I know pyc is not an early drug development company. All they do is some computer modelling and get paid for that.We will throw you some bread crumbs one day when val201 is sold or marketed.By the way. Pyc said congrats to ValiRx just a few days back

PYC is at cashflow breakeven (VAL loss making)
Has c. £1m revenue a year (VAL ZERO revenue)
Cash of £1m (VAL cash as a % of Mkt Cap is lower than PYC)
and FREE CARRIED UPSIDE on VAL201 (no worry about how to fund/dilute to progress VAL201)

The ceo never gave any evasive answer. She said we have over GBP 2m cash and any placing would need a gm to get authority to issue shares.Is the trolls who constantly keep mentioning placing when there is no plan to do so.Fully funded for 12 months plus. Simples!

If you are the CEO of a Company and you are asked a simple question "Are you going to do a placing" it is quite easy to give a yes or no answer rather than the deflection/diversion tactic which looks evasive.

Fact of the matter is VAL has a HISTORY and TRACK RECORD of Placings

Many much more successful biotechs than VAL have in this current environment raised money via Placings

Why are you pathetic cucks worried about a placing ? It would presumably be Growth Capital and should be welcomed ?
