Cenkos would have to pay 22p per share. The cash goes to the company as they are buying shares.There is no point Cenkos buying shares at 22p when the share price is below that.They will probably buy when share price is much high - £2 etc.The profit is the difference.

Yes a good start, One appointment to replace KA that retired and she has experience of raising capital in markets. Will come in useful for next raise.

Need that second appointment with contracts experience.

Not sure why the fanfare over the additional scientist. Essential they get own lab first and the placement for that has to be coming soon

The elephant in the room here is they are NOT generating income. They continue to burn cash. The share price is held up on hype and pump alone.

Once the placing for the lab is done they can then start to bring in revenues. In the meantime zero income. As i say im not convinced the THX will add any revenue either. Giving their prime legacy asset away to a start up that cant even cover the maintenance fees has to be possibly the worst deal ever done. Second to giving share options away to CENKOS rather than paying them.

I still maintain i will see 6p before any chance of 60p. This is going to take a long time to happen. Will see.

You certainly are extremely manipulative and you are obviously highly tuned.
I see the very subtle ways you introduce fear to the vulnerable investor. However those who can see the recent appointments and options incentive including professor hargreaves will not be deluded enough to believe or follow your mr bean advice baby ❤️

Have to say i have traded during this spike, rude not to.
I don't short myself.
But if you are short at 20p frankly its likely to pay off. even ignoring the obvious cash flow issues, should the share price rise above the Cenkos strike price of 22p they will cash out and the share price will fall like a stone. Cenkos results recently were sh@t they will be under pressure to increase fees. They will want the cash out to cover fees.

Also, accepting BS aside, Nick would be a total bleeding idiot if he didn't sell half his recent 10p placement stock and be in for free on those. He already has a massive exposure before being forced to buy more to protect his investment and stop the business going bump. Thats what i would be doing for sure.

It will be some years before the triple can bring in income, they need to raise shares for the lab and i still don't think THX will get funded. Even if they do it only delivers 1.8m over two years short term which is less than the running costs.

See how events unfold. Can't argue though that those in the placement at 10p did well, fair play to them but a profit isn't a profit until its materialised.

Once funding is sorted for 201 then you will regret that short despite the extra shares. This was trading at 70p less than a year ago, I got out in late 60's and have been on the sidelines since. The new Chief Scientific Officer would not have aligned herself to VAL unless she believed and has been shown the way forward. Onwards and upwards here and when the funding is sorted you will be lucky if you can close your short at 40p! I feel it is just a matter of time now, a month or two and happy to add whilst I can at these levels.
