VALEURA ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR / PDMR SHARE DEALING

Calgary, November 23, 2020 : Valeura Energy Inc. (TSX:VLE, LSE:VLU) ("Valeura" or the "Company"), an upstream natural gas producer with assets in the Thrace Basin of Turkey, announces that its President and Chief Executive Officer, Sean Guest, who is also a director, and a person closely associated with him, purchased a total of 60,500 common shares of no par value in the capital of the Company at a price of C$0.42 per share (approximately GBP0.24 per share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange between November 17(th) and November 20(th) , 2020.
