Mailing of Notice of General Meeting

Utilitywise plc (AIM: UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy, announces that a notice of a General Meeting of the Company, to be held on 21 June 2018, has been mailed to shareholders. It is also available to view on the Company's website at www.utilitywise.com/investor-relations/reports-and-publications/

The purpose of the General Meeting is to consider ordinary resolutions with regard to:

   --     The receipt of the Annual Report of the Group for the year ended 31 July 2017; 
   --     The appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor of the Company; and 
   --     The authorisation of the Directors to determine the remuneration of the auditor. 

As announced on 17 April 2018, the Group underwent a competitive audit tender process, as a result of which PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP have been proposed for appointment as auditor to the Company. They will replace the previous auditor, BDO LLP.

These resolutions would ordinarily have been dealt with at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which took place on 30 January 2018. However, as previously communicated, the delay in the publication of the results of the Group for the year ended 31 July 2017 means that these matters are being dealt with by separate general meeting.

The General Meeting will be held at finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ on 21 June 2018 at 11.00am.
