Transaction in own shares and total voting rights
The Board of Utilico Emerging Markets Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 15 June 2021 the Company purchased for cancellation 80,575 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 221.00p per share. The lowest/highest price paid per share was 221.00p/221.00p respectively.
Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in issue in the Company is now 220,602,116.
