US SOLAR FUND PLC (USF, the "Company")

TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules provision 5.6.1R, USF announces that, as at 30 October 2020, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 200,192,361 ordinary shares, each with voting rights, and no shares are held in treasury by the Company.

The total number of voting rights in USF is therefore 200,192,361 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their voting rights interest, or a change to that interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

About US Solar Fund plc

US Solar Fund plc listed on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange in April 2019, following its successful US$200m IPO. The Company's investment objective is to provide investors with attractive and sustainable dividends with an element of capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio of solar power assets in North America and other OECD countries in the Americas.
