Resignation of Director
Urban&Civic announces that, following the recent placing of the entire 27.9 per cent shareholding in the Company owned by GI Partners L.P., Mark Tagliaferri has decided to step down as a Director. He will cease to be a Non-Executive Director of Urban&Civic with immediate effect.
Alan Dickinson, Chairman of Urban&Civic, commented:
"GI Partners L.P. has been exceptionally supportive shareholders since inception. The decision to sell its holding reflects the realisation requirements of a closed end fund. Mark has made an enormous contribution to the Board, which maintained after the Listing of the Company in May 2014. He leaves with our grateful thanks and very best wishes."
