Barclays still not applied any divi - and yet they have said they are going to credit the account at some time!

I was trying to explain earlier that they are happy to delay payments to cream off their own extras...they have us all ways, hence why folk are rushing into Bitcoin but they'll get corralled their too, just let them get enough punters in first!

A bit like UEN really, eh?

Long-standing holder but rarely posts. Can anyone help? I am a non-certificated Uk
Tax domiciled shareholder. I understood that the Registrar would in such cases dispatch a US$ cheque for the gross dividend to my uk address as registered in the records of my broker(Saga share direct). No cheque yet and I ask whether anyone in this position has received one.

Thanks in advance.

Here we go. Let's forget about the buy that near cancelled out the sells.
2.5p drop on 1k difference, 600 quids worth. Laughable.

anyone know who the seller is??

I'm fairly sure I read here a while back they there was a known seller - they decided to sell as wasn't part of their core holding

I've taken the opportunity of this drop to add another 40k shares in the last few weeks. Further funds won't be avaialbe now until January, hoping it stays down til then so I can add some at this price.

The 61.5p trades are all buys - so no doubt the seller still has an open limit order to shift their remaining holding.

Martyn - correct CPR aimed for end of year - however the report will be incredibly comprehensive (many 100's of pages). This would have no meaning to the average investor - I would presume UEN management will go over a number of times and issue a summary of the report.

To be honest I don't think publication of a CPR (summary) will have any significant impact to the share-price.
The market already knows that UEN has plenty of reserves at it's various licences. What the market wants is UEN to demonstrate that it can consistently drill development wells successfully and thereby increase daily production to a new sustained level.

Imagine the impact to the shareprice if there are 3 successful drill at South Dagi, a number of successful work overs and fracking at Arcticneft and a resultant increase of 3,000+ bopd. The market would take notice and the negativity that has plagued the shareprice will finally be behind us.

DJM, just looked in my Halifax and my divi is now showing although it's hard to find the tab. Mine works out @ 4.52p a share. Got it set to "pay away immediately" so will probably be about next Friday before its in my bank.

A limit order (buy) set at 60p would mop up any sells below that level (allowing for the mm's spread of course) and could potentially be amalgamated to show up a larger sells. In theory, they should match buys to sells but delayed orders and mm shenanigans would skew this.

Hey Chav - so I've received dividends in my Halifax Accounts but I found they were inaccessible. So I rang customer services...

In my ISA account I choose the option "hold in account" - so that I could reinvest the dividend - however I am told it takes another 4-5 days for the dividend team to make the funds available in ISA dealing account...

The other account where I choose the option "pay away immediately" - so that the dividend would be moved into my bank account to fund a xmas shopping bonanza - I'm told it could take up-to 10 days for the funds to show up in my Halifax Bank account.

Talk about taking the p!ss

I could be wrong but I think there is an arrangement with the seller and mm. As the buys come just take the shares and lump them together at some point as one sell.
The prices got for the sells don't seem to me to be distressed seller prices, they all seem to be very fair if you look at them.

P.s. Still no divi yet from Halifax.

Whoops, when is this seller going to be done?
That's half a million in old money. Lucky to get away with a 1p drop the way they have been treating this. The mm gave whoever a fair price of 60p as well.

it goes by price rather than it being flagged as a buy/sell - if its at lower end of the spread then it'll always be flagged as a sell

The 4,185 sell and the 4,117 buy trades are my bed and ISA tidy up .
Both show as sells but why I do not know .

This is from an RNS in March 2017:

Competent Person's Report

The Company is engaging Blackwatch Petroleum Services to prepare a Competent Person's Report on its portfolio of licences. It is expected that this will be completed in June 2017.

No dividend yet in Selftrade.

I have Blockchained myself out DJM but it relies on internet and other means of ownership which, if I say so myself, are not 'real'.

A nice EMP bomb and chaos. A major hack and semi-chaos.

Moreover, when the establisment decide it has become too big they will either own it, ban it or tax it. There is always a way. They are already setting up a short capacity which will give them the same control that they presently have over precious metals.

Anyway, you're right, much better to stick to UEN here and watching paint dry...!
