Mmmm, could all this house in order stuff and relatively good but managed news flow be readying the company to be put up for sale upon the P2 upgrades and competent persons reports etc?

Jimmy Choo surprised the City yesterday, adding 8pc to its share price, by announcing it was "for sale", adding "that it had not received an offer prior to making the announcement"....

This was all part of "a review of the various strategic options open to the company to maximise value for its shareholders", including a sale...

I might be completely off beam but similarities exist possibly with UEN and the need to create some value from a dormant outfit, so another factor to consider. The owners of Choo is looking even to Private Equity and double the present valuation or one billion pounds.

I'd take double here now as a starting point, but would Adler?

Just got back in, no real surprise to see the rise. I think now with steady release of good news(properly written in upbeat manner)we can see steady rise.

Blooming 24 degrees in the shade on 24th April and 30 under our south facing terrace. Would we settle for numbers like that at UEN pre-consolidation? Lol.

Well the breakout to new intra-year highs will be confirmed if we hold this tonight.

The key was the beat and hold at 6.25p of course as it seems blue sky all the way to much longer term resistance then above 10p. The consolidation may well get pared back, is that likely guys if this is maintained?

Totally agree with the new professional and lean company these days with particular emphasis on proper news management and flow. Long may it continue. House broker to actually do some proper analysis next? Lol.

Yes, beginning to look like a professional Co now instead of a personal piggy bank for the directors.

Re my earlier post in regard to share price finding its on level. Since Adler came on board and we got rid of the previous CEO this has become a different company and not as above, a piggy bank. We do now have info put out regular and my only concern is the way golden opportunity is missed to many times by them being short and sweet with info rather than expanding on it. To often they have been downbeat with it rather than upbeat as in the "we see no reason" rns. They could has I said befor have said other than bla bla. The good news priviously reported. This would on many occasions put up the share price and maintained it thus seeing us at higher than we are now and no need for consolidation.

Topicel, that has been my thought. If this was "let go" and allowed to find its own level then consolidation wouldn't be needed. I still thing 1-20 is too much and 1-10 would have been plenty, but what do I know.

So Calm, by that metric you could justify a share price today based on 2P reserves for the average AIM oiler of around 100p or more too?

That is some Mark-up and begs the question what would then happen post consolidation if the buyers really returned on the back of similar calculations should June competent persons data prove compelling?

Would a blooming consolidation even be necessary. Lol.
