I'm not at all surprised by this RNS.

Anyone who thinks it takes the company a week to find out if William G was behind the bid is presumably gullible enough to think the bid was real at all.

The BoD have been shown to be exactly as expected.

JUST HOLD ON MINUTE.

The argument by the bears was that the scam was perpetrated by UPL. Tonight's RNS clearly shows they were taken in by it themselves as they report Mr William Bollinger has contacted them, I suspect people were emailing him non-stop.

If you believe the offer news was a scam perpetrated by UPL and tonight's RNS is the closure of their scam now its done its job then I really can't help you.

As for the share price tanking 90% Monday? I doubt it the share price was 3p before the news.

I am buying BOIL shares at 8am on Monday at 0.08p in huge numbers.

Then I am going to send an email to BOIL's brokers offering 1p a share. My investment vehicle is called SCAM INVESTORS CAPITAL INC

BOIL will then issue an RNS saying a bid of 1p has been received.

Shares will shoot up.

I will sell.

But 14p WASNT offered was it.There was a preliminary approach but no offer. And clearly, those who created the scam had zero intention of following through with any offer at any price.It was always a non starter.
